Lovely place and the staff are friendly. The only thing I would suggest them is to update their system or learn more about Medicaid. Every year, my sister and my grandmother, they get their yearly exam and glasses. Every time Medicaid covers the cost. I decided to bring my family to this place since its closer to our house. the staff said that the Medicaid will ONLY cover $40 from the total cost which was strange. At first, I thought maybe the system change however I wanted to be sure. I ended going to a different place and guess what!!! my sister and grandmother medicaid covered for EVERYTHING!
Don't get me wrong it's a beautiful place and the staff are friendly and the doctor is professional. But they need to update their system. I was about to pay for something that should have been covered.

First of all, I can truly say that the customer service here is above and beyond. There was a mix-up with my contact lens order, leaving me waiting for my contacts for about a month. This was admittedly annoying, but it happens. Fortunately, I mainly wear glasses. Janet, upon discovering that I live close to the office, personally dropped off the contact order to my apartment. This was such a relief as I was worried about them getting shipped to my apartment and being left outside in the cold which would ruin them if they froze.
I was also really impressed with Dr. Shepelenko and her explanation of the examination process. I've been seeing an eye doctor for over 20 years and no one has even taken the time to do that.
I'm so happy to have found a solid eye care center in my neighborhood!
