We had a wonderful experience with Dr. William. He was extremely kind, patient and attentive throughout the entire visit. My daughter absolutely loved the whole process and felt very comfortable from start to finish.
He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood each step of the exam. He performed all the necessary tests to determine whether my daughter needed glasses after not passing her school vision screening and he was thorough and reassuring.
From the moment you walk in until you leave the environment feels welcoming and friendly. You can truly tell he has experience and cares about his patients. We are very pleased with our visit and would highly recommend him.
