What a wonderful place to come for all your Eyewear needs. From the great optometrist to the staff. Dawn is awesome. She fitted us perfectly with our glasses. We got our glasses in less than 2 weeks. Great people Great Service, Great Price and Selection.

I've been going for several years and always received the best service even with the switch from Ossip to Rosin. However, my last visit so not so great. Everything was going well until it came to selecting my new glasses. The representative was rude and not helpful. Specifically, she stated I should write what she was saying down because she didn't want to repeat. She seemed so rushed when it was only me and my daughter in the office. I've never had someone so rude when making a sale. Unfortunately, it may be time to find a new place that respects my dollar.

I have been going to Rosens Midway for a few years and have always been satisfied, unfortunately it is getting more difficult to get to a human. I tried scheduling an appointment online but it wasn't working. Calling is a challenge also. Most of the time they're not available. I really like the staff and the doctors. I think they do a very thorough exam and I haven't had any problems with my prescriptions. My last visit I was told I was in need of cataract surgery possibly in both eyes. They recommended a doctor in Downers Grove and I made an appointment. Two days before my appointment I received a call from the doctors office telling me they don't accept my insurance for medical procedures, even tho she is in my insurance network. I tried calling Rosen for two days and I cant get to a human. I just wanted to get a recommendation for another doctor. So I picked another doctor in my insurance network for an appointment. I just want to get it done so I can see better. I am having second thoughts about going back to this office.

Nice office with nice people! The Dr was very patient with me and got the correct prescription for my contacts. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the service received from everyone at Rosin. I was able to get my eye exam including contact lenses trial pair. I was assisted by Porsha to help finalize fitting and helped picked my new glasses that included my very first bifocals. It's amazing I am 100% satisfied with the experience. I'm so happy the eye exam didn't make my eyes teary. I recommend anyone to stop by or call to make an appointment.
