Such an efficient team. My experience with Dr. Dharia was really good. I required a quick appointment due to my schedule and Cat and Dr. Dharia got me in my exam and out super quick and on time. Then when I wasn't comfortable with the glasses I had ordered under the prescription they had me come in again and get re-checked. They were super great about making me feel comfortable with my treatment.
The only constructive feedback that's worth sharing is that their <$100 glasses selection (at this location) is small and a little bland. As in, I wasn't sold on my options so I bought glasses from another vendor. However, their more expensive glasses selection looked nice.

The staff and doctor are all very pleasant and accommodating. I was however disappointed about one thing. When I was being fitted for contacts, the facility was out of the trail lenses for my right eye. The doctor said she was going to give me a generic brand. It fit fine and felt alright. A few days later the generic lens was hurting my eye. I went back to see if they can give me a trial lens of the correct brand and they told me that the notes reflected that the doctor had given me the correct brand for both eyes. I explained to them that wasn't the case. The doctor should've changed the note to say that she had given me an off brand lens. On top of that, they were STILL out of the name brand lenses I needed.

Super convenient location near my work. Waited less than 5 min for my appointment and it was quick and easy. I ordered contacts and a pair of glasses, but never felt pressured to buy a more expensive pair nor did I feel rushed to make a decision. Overall, I highly recommend this practice! (especially after having not so great experiences at Spex!)

I went to get allergy medicine for my eyes. The doctor did a quick exam and suggested a few options. I opted for the strongest, which BCBS wouldn't cover because they don't actually care about anyone's health as much as they do collecting premiums. The front desk person was then really helpful in finding me a solution to where I was able to get my eye drops by paying out of pocket but for a greatly reduced rate. Also, Jennifer Barrette is a fantastic Rosin employee and was phenomenal in helping my getting my appointment. 10/10 will go back next year.
