Great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the optometrist took her time with me the room. It never felt rushed. That also weren't pushy about purchasing frames after the exam, which was refreshing.

I love Dr. Liz! She is the owner of the practice and has been working as an eye doctor for at least a decade, and knows her stuff. I've been seeing her for years and she always takes her time talking with me and is genuinely one of the most warm and caring people. She takes her time explaining what exactly the tests show and what to expect. A few years ago she referred me to an excellent eye surgeon and even got me a referral discount, and I currently have perfect vision which I never thought would be possible. Also, the office is absolutely stunning. It has barn doors, gorgeous racks of glasses, comfortable, attractive seating and in her room is the most adorable shadow box of vintage eyeglasses. Obsessed!

I was looking for a new eye doctor near work. Dr.Liz and her staff are friendly and professional. This office has new technology, and made my exam easy. They helped explain my vision plan, and how I can best maximize my insurance. They have a great selection of frames, from high end to handmade. I highly recommend Second City Eye Care!

Dr. Liz is my favorite eye doctor, patient and thorough. She even helped me choose my frames after my exam. They have an excellent assortment of frames including high end frames. Since this is a new office, the equipment is all the latest technology. The office is newly remodeled and beautiful as well.

I've never had any eye issues or glasses before but my son stabbed me in my eye and scratched my cornea. I was in so much pain and couldn't see. Dr. Liz and her staff were able to get me in right away and she took me back and talked me through everything to understand what happened and how it would heal. I am 95% better the next day and couldn't be happier! The office is very welcoming and comfortable, I highly recommend to anyone whether it's just for glasses or any eye problems!

Dr. Liz is fantastic, as is her staff! Whenever I go for my visit I feel welcomed and cared for. The office is clean, they have efficient COVID procedures to ensure safety, and they have new technology to make the visit as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist!!

Incredible experience. After suffering from dry and scratchy eyes for years, Dr. Liz helped me find a solution that works extremely well. Finally ~ relief. Thank you!! In addition, the office is beautiful, extremely clean, and has amazing technology beyond the routine tests. As a result we were able to identify a condition that should be monitored closely over time. Thrilled to have found Dr. Liz.

I recently switched insurance so I had to find a new place to go to. Second City is right by job so it was convenient. They are very nice and professional and took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses (i'm so picky!). Will definitely be returning. Thank you Dr. Liz!
