I rarely write a review, mostly when it's bad. It's the opposite in this case. I'm a new glasses wearer as an adult (not reading glasses) and figuring out I needed glasses was a thing, it took two docs and one Neuro specialist to get it sorted out and that I needed glasses. Getting my glasses at See and Save Optical couldn't have been easier. AL took such great care of me that I had to write a review to say so. He made the process super easy and he was transparent with prices, styles and what options insurance covered and which options weren't covered. Plus, AL couldn't have been a kinder person to help guide me through this complicated process which was foreign to me. Including helping choose what shape lenses flattered my face as I had no frame of reference (no pun intended). If you need glasses AL and his staff are the team for you. They'll help you see your best self when you look in the mirror with your new glasses from See and Save Optical.

I had such a great experience with Atourina. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and also incredibly kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her patients, and I left feeling confident about my eye care. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant experience. I went in inquiring about both contacts and glasses and was able to get a great deal with quick ready time (less than 24 hrs)! Staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at See & Save Optical. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share the truth. This store shows a complete lack of respect for customers' time and appointments. They promote well-known brand names and claim the products are specially ordered from Italy -- but in reality, the items are often from Amazon or even sourced from China at very low prices. They try to make it seem like you're getting a discount on premium, original items, when in fact you're not. What's worse, after taking my money and wasting my time going back and forth multiple times, they refused to let me exchange the glasses. I'm still stuck wearing my old pair. There was no accountability, no proper warranty, and no real effort to fix the issue unless you pay extra. This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for honesty and reliable service.

They gave false promises about ordering designer frames from Italy, but after some research, it became clear the products were either from Amazon or cheaply made in China. They present the items as high-end and offer so-called "discounts" to make it sound like a great deal -- but it's misleading. Even worse, after spending my time and money and making multiple trips to the store, they refused to let me exchange my glasses. I was left with no choice but to go back to using my old pair. There was no proper customer service or accountability. If you're expecting quality, honesty, or even basic service, I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
