I've purchased several glasses and contacts over the years from here. I took my son here for his first eye exam. Dr. Wallace was patient and knew how to make him as comfortable as possible. The service is fast and they spent time explaining the entire process. Highly recommend!

Was here just recently and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff was polite and professional when I walked in. I was looking to get my lens replaced since I had scratched my previous ones and also my vision has gotten a lot worse. The eye exam was maybe 20 minutes, but the doctor was very nice and accommodating to my questions. To my delight, I got my first high end pair of Prada frames with the help of the staff. I wasn't expecting the shine and and new lens to give me a headache, but the doctor assured me it would take a few days to adjust (and it did!). Now enjoying my new pair, thank you! Thank you for the service!

I visited a week ago and they were able to get me in same-day for an exam; I received my glasses same day (ready in an hour). I'm so impressed as I've never been able to get an exam and glasses with such little hassle. The glasses + prescription prescribed to me are so much more accurate than my current contact lens prescription. While it took a few days to adjust, I cannot believe the difference in my vision. Their suggestion for new frames was spot on. Dr. Chan and Reception were so kind and welcoming - would highly recommend. I'll be back soon! Thank you.

I've been coming here for nine years now and I would highly recommend the office! They have been very quick to address any concerns that me or my family has had. From glasses to night contacts to regular contacts, the office has been quick to adjust to the variety of changes that I needed. I have also never had an issue with the glasses/frames that they prescribed to me. Overall very high quality service!

I can't speak for the customer service within, but I experienced extreme rudeness over the phone. I had to cancel an appointment for a family emergency and was immediately met with attitude. "The doctor is already here you know?" And when I apologized and said my wife and I needed to leave the state, it was followed by, "Where are you going, China?" "How long are you gonna be away?!" It shouldn't matter where I'm going and sure, might be an inconvenience for scheduling, which I understand, but the attitude and questioning was absolutely unnecessary. When I was trying to say I would call to reschedule, I was cut off and hung up on. Definitely not going to reschedule now.

If I can give this place a -5 I would. At first everything seemed fine until I got my new glasses and I knew it was the wrong prescription since things were very blurry. So I called and went back for a second eye exam and a week later I was really hoping my glasses would be clear now but they were still blurry. At this point I was very frustrated because I paid $457 in total just for them to mess up my glasses not once but twice! They never once apologized for the inconvenience and they don't offer any type of refunds!!! Ngl they gaslit me when I confronted them about how my glasses were still blurry the second time by saying oh it's normal for ppls vision to be blurry with glasses...like what? I later on went to a different eye doctor and low and behold they gave me a different prescription. Now I can finally see clear with new glasses that is not from this place. I definitely will not recommend Sharp Vision to anyone. Update: the glasses I bought from here felt really cheap and poorly made(even though it was a high end brand, pretty sure it was fake) and broke shortly afterwards.(Honestly if I told them that it broke they would've gaslit me again by saying it must've been on my end and I didn't take good care of them when in reality I always take great care of all my glasses. All the high end glasses I've owned lasted many years without breaking, strange how this one broke so quickly.) Edit: thank you for apologizing, I wish y'all were able to do that in person. Also, I could care less if you guys were in business for 29 years, 50, 100, it really doesn't matter. Quality > quantity.

When I came home I realized they didn't give me any results after I paid 89 dollars for eye exam.....because they were afraid that I went somewhere else to buy my glasses? and not sure they prescribe my glasses correctly, when I wear my glasses to see anything in front of me they all or distorted and convex.... not professional and not trustable. Btw I paid 400 dollars or so for all this.
