SoLo Eye Care & Eyewear Gallery - Gold Coast

Finding a new eye doctor after relocating can be an unpleasant chore, so I'm relieved at having found SoLo Eye Care. My experience was thoroughly positive: An annual exam was easily scheduled online, the office equipment is state of the art, and the staff of the Gold Coast office are knowledgeable and welcoming.

This was my first time here. Dior store in Gold Coast recommended me SoLo. Brianda fixed my sunglasses in less than 5 min. Extremely impressed by the service. And will be coming back!! I recommend this location:)

As soon as you walk into the office, you can feel the level of care & thought that went into creating such a beautiful & modern space. The level of customer service exceeded my expectations. I recently moved to Chicago and was a little overwhelmed with the prospect of finding all new care professionals. I definitely needed an update on my glasses prescription so I jumped online to check reviews for eye centers and optometrists near me and SoLo Eye Care came up with great reviews. I decided to just go for it and set an appointment and I am glad I did. Brenda warmly greeted me upon entry into the store and eyewear gallery. I immediately felt welcome and comfortable - the gallery is beautiful, the velvet chairs are comfortable, and the gentle scent of the Jo Malone Myrrh and Tonka reed diffuser is pleasant without being overwhelming. Brenda assisted with the initial part of my eye exam, then introduced me to Dr. Greg who was friendly and professional. The exam was simple, but thorough. I love that everything seemed very state-of-the-art and progressive; easy and comfortable. Dr. Greg showed me the results of my eye scans and explained what it all meant, then took the time to answer my questions and discuss my specific eye concerns and offer initial suggestions for solutions going forward. After the exam portion of my visit, I was ready to look at frames for my new lenses. Brenda had pulled some styles she thought I might like based on our initial chat prior to the exam, which was really nice. She was incredibly patient with me as I selected a pair of frames for my new glasses - so many beautiful and fun styles - I felt like I tried them all on, and she was game for all of it. She even had some styles pulled for me to try on as soon as I was done with the eye exam. I had a great experience here at the Gold Coast location of SoLo Eye Care. I felt well taken care of and in good, professional hands throughout the entire visit. I'm very happy that I decided to just take the leap and visit this eye center!

It took only a few seconds to book an appointment on their website and when I arrived the service was top notch. The whole staff was very friendly, and Dr. Pappas quickly figured out my new prescription while answering all of my eye-related questions. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area or wants a seamless eye care experience!

Brenda was great I went in told her what I was looking for and she showed me over 30 pairs. I've been getting glasses for 15 years and have never been helped the way Brenda helped me. Will definitely return. For a new pair in the near future.

This is my third year going to Solo. They are amazing. Hi-tech equipment and very knowledgeable, and they couldn't be nicer.
