Fantastic experience. Quick, efficient, and easy to book. The front desk, doctor, and person who checked me out were all friendly, helpful, and cheerful. It's a lovely space, modern exam room, and nice refreshments for your very short wait. My options were thoroughly explained, my questions were answered thoughtfully, and the doctor was very kind. Great experience.

Dr. Kristina and her staff are amazing. Truly one of my favorite eye appointments. my prescription is crisp. The technology used and the quality time she took to ensure I had the most accurate prescription is so appreciated. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

A well oiled machine. Efficient use of time. They conduct all tests, explain what is going on and purpose of each, and make thoughtful recommendations. Dr. Christina has a very good doctor-patient rapport and explains every detail of your eye health so that you understand what you need to do moving forward. I was very pleased.

Dr.Kristina Koinoglou at the Printers Row location probably has the worst bedside manner I ever seen, I'm a nurse so that says a lot because I have worked with many providers in my career. She seemed around the same age so I thought we would connect in a sense? Sometimes older doctors are out of date but obviously great in what they do but I wanted a little change. However, her age showed and she seemed very unprofessional. Actually kind of back talked, had an attitude, and had the worst facial expressions when I talked about my symptoms. During the exam, my right eye wouldn't focus so I couldn't see the lines she wanted me to read. She got noticeably upset about it. Literally one of the reasons why I was there and as if I could help it?! Another time she threw her hands up in the air because I took the one tool away from my eye that I used to cover it because she didn't say anything for a good minute so I thought I was done with that part, she could of at least communicated that and said "okay now give me one sec but keep that one eye covered". But throwing up your hands because you were frustrated... I was very taken back to say the least. She fit me for some contacts and I took trials home, I didn't even go back to let them know how they fit because of how unprofessional and unfriendly she was, didn't even want to deal with her again. The contacts didn't even fit correctly.. I can feel them move in my eye all the time. In addition, the staff at the front desk was also not great. Overall a terrible experience. Will not be going back.

They were awesome. One of my gripes with Doctors appointments is you make the appointment for a specific time and if you're late you get charged, however, nothing happens to the docs if they're running behind. Not this place I arrived slightly early and they got me in right away. Dr. Koinoglou was great she explained everything for a first time glasses needer very well and did not push me to buy glasses in house at all. I'll be back for my exam next year

Wonderful experience at this location, from check in and prep to Dr. Christina's very thorough exam and consult. They have a small selection of frames but as you search it's apparent there are many attractive options and good range of price points. Highly recommend this Solo team.

Very friendly and the appointment went really quickly. Easy to schedule an appointment online. Super quick walk from my apartment so I was glad when I saw them on the list that accepted my insurance.

While the doctors was really nice, the receptionist is rude and dismissive -- other reviewers weren't exaggerating. Upon arrival, they immediately push a $39 "retinal screening" that's supposedly mandatory. Every step of the process feels like an upsell, and conveniently, you can't opt out of any of it. It ended up being a $39 mistake for me -- and judging by the suspiciously filtered positive reviews, I'm not the only one who fell for it. If you value honesty, transparency, or basic customer service, go literally anywhere else.
