I'll admit, I was nervous coming in based on the negative reviews. However, I broke my glasses and was in desperate need of a new pair. From the moment I walked in, I was treated very well. Everyone there was friendly and kind, and I was able to get my glasses in an hour as they advertise. It was pricey, but worth it for me especially given my situation. Special thanks to Jack, Irena, and Dr. Demers! To me, their service can't be beat.

DO NOT USE GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY. They require you sign stating that there are no refunds AT ALL. They will fail to provide adequate working lenses and BLAME YOU and LIE and accuse you of lying. When you order RX lenses/glasses you have no intention of returning them, they are medically necessary and usually required immediately to see. If proper working lenses are not provided in a timely manner you should have the right to go elsewhere with out losing your money. This company has stolen $600 from me and will not refund it because I had to go somewhere that could make usable lenses so I could have my vision corrected. They continue to lie and refuse to refund my money. I no longer need or want anything from them beside my money back. They have lied to the credit card company as well as the BBB but because I signed to pay they have an iron clad no refunds policy. BEWARE AWFUL EXPERIENCE ! I wish I had read the scathing reviews first as I am not the only that was treated this way, rude staff! The Doctor was friendly and very helpful until he was in front of the boss and then reversed course on promises to refund if the second try didn't work. I have been fighting them since August 2024. I hate to be so negative on a small business but this a SCAM! 2.4.25 response If my intention was to ruin you I would have written this review in August when you lied and refused to refund my money. I have nothing of yours in my possession. I paid $600 at least 5 trips for nothing. You do not offer any viable solutions. You hang up on me when I call. You cannot discuss my vision or health on a review! I had corrective surgery and my vision is not poor, if you questioned the RX from the surgeon than you should have suggested an in house exam, you did not. After the first awful attempt you did an exam and still got it way wrong. You state I was happy, I obviously wasn't as I was in tears as I left and you stated I had to get used to it. I very clearly expressed how bad they were in front of all three employees. The Doctor stepped outside with my as I was visibly upset over the experience. He told me to try them I will adjust or I can come back within 30 days for a refund. During that 30 days of not having usable glasses I went to Lens Crafters and got a working pair first attempt and then returned what never worked within the the 30 days expecting a refund which was refused. The LIES continue as I was never for one minute happy or able to use any of the lenses they made, They offered to remake for a third time but this is way too late I had to go elsewhere and spend a lot more money to get something that worked on the first attempt. If you want me to pay for the exam, fine. But I want the money I paid for lenses that I do not have and never worked refunded. I have informed my surgeon who referred me to you as well about what an awful experience this was, WORSE THAN EYE SURGERY! Hopefully others won't have this experience! They only denied the Visa charge back because of the small print no refunds policy and they lied about me being happy. My point in this review is if you sign a CC charge slip to pay you are locked in to their no refunds no matter what policy and the service is so bad and uncomfortable I have never ever had such a bad experience.

I patronized Superior Eye Care for many years and was in need of a frame to accommodate antique ground sunglass lenses. The frame that Jack sold to me is an Ernest Hemingway, H4616, that can bought from EyeGlasses.com for $25.00 and Jack (owner) charged me $200.00 for same, a huge mark-up profit. The same frame, with reading lenses, can be purchased from Target or Amazon for $38.00-$58.00. Jacks excuse for overcharging me was, "I have overhead and cannot sell at those lower prices." At one time I was employed as the Assistant Head of Advertising for Wesley-Jessen Contact Lens Company and had access to wholesale prices sheets, which would be, approximately $12.00, the price Jack would pay for the Ernest Hemingway, H4616. Superior Eye Care prices are exorbitant and over priced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PATRONIZING SUPERIOR EYE CARE.

This place is insane and I mean that in a good way! I broke my glasses and wasn't trying to wait 2 weeks for a prescription. Thankfully, I found this gem of a place. I was welcomed in by the receptionist and we got the ball rolling even though I was about 30 minutes early for my appointment. I was absolutely shocked at how fast and thorough the process was. The doctor was awesome and definitely knows what he's doing. I was able to get my glasses today, despite being here an hour before closing. I'll be back again, for sure. This will be the only spot I'll go to for my vision needs from now on.

This business deserves 5 stars and beyond. My bf and I recently supported their business and was very impressed on the customer service and quick efficiency of their same day service options. Irina and the staff goes up and beyond for their customer satisfactions. This establishment has all respect you need in any sort of situation you need eye care service. I truly recommend them everyday.

I noticed I was being charged double had to go back and get my cash back. I can only imagine how many times this has happened. After I ran out of contacts I tried to go in and get my prescription and was denied access. I have been trying to get my prescription from them for two weeks now. The front desk assistant whom is an Asian man is beyond rude and has no sense of customer service. Do not give these people your business

The lady up front Irena is a complete scam artist. She's charging double for everything. Tell her you want a complete price estimate for the entire service & product prior to purchase. Compare the differences in price between stores. Pay attention closely, Irena's intent is to take care of herself, not the customer. Her behavior and sales tactics are completely unacceptable. The only person I will deal with, at this store is Dr. Demers. He's good and will have your glasses ready in 1 hour. I highly recommend that Superior Eyecare find a new front desk saleswoman. I don't know how your business will survive otherwise. Plus the lady needs to take a shower.

I went to Superior Eyecare on a Saturday as a walkin. I knew I needed glasses, but this was my first time getting an eye exam. The staff and doctor were incredibly attentive, kind, and helped me get my glasses that same day. Needing glasses for the first time can be very scary, but they made the whole process so easy, and even sent my medical records to my primary. Amazing service. Really happy I went there.
