Ordering my glasses online was incredibly easy and smooth. The website experience was user-friendly, and I loved having flexible payment options like Afterpay along with other payment methods. That made the purchase feel convenient and accessible, especially for a larger purchase like glasses. Where things could improve is the delivery and tracking experience. The tracking number that's tied to a third-party shipping platform is visible to customers, which can be confusing and shows internal delivery details that customers really shouldn't need to see. Ideally, customers should only see high-level status updates on your website (such as "processing at store" or "ready for pickup"), while the more detailed delivery information should be visible to customer service if someone calls for an update. On the customer service side, representatives should be able to see when a package has been delivered to the store and whether it is in the dock area or being processed. In my case, I was able to see that my package arrived at the dock on Monday, but I wasn't able to pick it up until Thursday. There was an estimated delivery date shown, but it wasn't clear that there's an additional 24-48 hour processing window after physical delivery before items are actually ready for pickup. An FAQ note or footnote explaining this would go a long way in setting expectations. One more thing: I never received an email saying my items were ready for pickup. I did receive a phone call (which I appreciated), but to complete the overall delivery and pickup experience, an email confirmation should also be sent when the order is officially ready. Overall, I'd still give this a 4-star experience because the ordering process and payment flexibility were excellent. With clearer tracking communication and pickup notifications, this would be a near-perfect experience.

Fast and efficient service. Staff very informative, kind, and respectful. Salana (sp?) was the sales associate that assisted us and she made getting prescription glasses seamless. The optometrist (apologies I forgot her name!!) was also very kind and explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to understand. Would be back here again.

When I walked into this store I instantly felt comfortable. The staff members greeted me with a smile and I truly felt like they were there for me and not for a sale. As I looked around the store, I noticed everyone was treated in the same manner even if a customer had a problem they were there to find the solution to their problem. If they couldn't they found someone who did. The one person who knew it all was Jessica Flores. She stepped in and resolved whatever the customer needs were. Needless to say, no one that I saw, left unhappy. She was the super target optical savior. She's amazing and a breath of fresh air compared to many stores that I have been to. I can only wish there was a Jessica Flores everywhere I went. I would absolutely be returning and recommending this store to family members and friends.

All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. They spent so much time with my husband and I helping pick out frames. Sierra and Anika (sp?) were knowledgeable about our insurance and helped us get the best deal. They also made looking for glasses fun somehow! Thanks!

I am writing this review to clarify a disappointing experience involving an incorrect contact lens prescription and how my concern was handled. During my visit, I was given trial contact lenses that worked well and were appropriate for my vision. However, when I later requested my contact lens prescription I was provided did not match the trial lenses I had been fitted with. When I called the office to question the discrepancy, I was told that the prescription they gave me was correct. My concern was dismissed, and the call ended abruptly when I attempted to explain further. Months later, I discovered that I had taken photos of the trial lenses given to me during my visit. Those photos clearly show that the lenses I was fitted with are different from what was listed on the prescription I received. Confirming that the prescription provided was incorrect. Mistakes can happen, but dismissing a patient's concern, providing inaccurate information, and failing to take the time to verify records is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I am sharing this experience so others are aware and so the practice can improve its accuracy and communication with patients.

Went in to get my glasses fixed and the associate, the lady with light blue nail polish really took her time to fix them. I mean we spent a while trying to get it fixed and she wasn't bothered at all even though I kept saying "sorry for the trouble". It's moments like these why I stay a loyal customer
