Special thanks to Rick--he noticed an issue with my lenses that I definitely would not have caught as a non-professional, and he helped arrange a replacement right away. I had low expectations with it being "Target Optical", but I still managed to be left feeling disappointed. At $10 co-pay, I felt the service and care I received wasn't even worth that.
The entire examination from beginning to end was rushed. I'm thankful that my prescription from 10-years ago was still the same, because their Optometrist failed to take the time to deduce Cylinder and Axis measurements.
