The eye doctor was very empathetic and made sure to give as much time as was needed to discuss any of my questions or concerns. The eye exam was delayed but it went fast once I was in. The employee who helped me afterwards was also very helpful in deciding what frames to get as well as what kind of options to get for my lens. he was knowledgeable and walked me through the pros and cons of several different options.
