The entire staff, from the from desk to medical support, are and always have been there to give quality care no matter what problems are happening with health care in the US. Grateful for my experience here. Had some concerning things start to happen with my vision and when I called them that morning they were able to get me in the same day due to it being an emergency. Dr Yang saw me and based on general examinations, thought my eye looked OK, but due to my symptoms personally reached out to a retina specialist in the Northwestern network who was able to squeeze me in to their schedule that same day. I ended up having a legitimate issue with my eye and I'm very grateful to Dr Yang and the staff at University Eye Specialists for taking the extra step to help me. It can be scary when something with your vision changes and I felt like I was in the hands of people that were knowledgeable and cared.

Experience with Dr. Gulati's office has been nothing but Professional experienced caring

The people here are very kind and the customer service was great. They will take good care of you. I saw doctor Shawn Gulatti and he was great. Just to the point opened up to questions.

This office is affiliated with Northwestern University and its physicians are in the system. My visits have always been lovely. I've been coming here since I was in my teens for my routine eye exams, and never once have I had any of the revolving ophthalmologists make me feel inadequate, or a trouble, for asking so many questions and concerns during my annual exams. I never had any shady billing mishaps as well, which seems to be a common occurrence these days (whether accident or on purpose). I feel terrible for those that received inadequate care, and hope you were able to find resolve. For the business, I do hope as well that you're doing your part to work with your patient's concerns with whichever regard, as patient care truly should be priority.

0 stars for Dr. Ruderman !! I saw him a few years back, he is very rude and not knowledgeable at all. My visit with him was a waste of money and time !! If you can, try your best to see someone else. At the front desk, I never had an issue, I give them 5 stars.

Great service and my eyesight is unbelievable! I didn't even realize how bad my vision was but it is 100% better! Cataract surgery was a complete success!

Jaz was terrific; she was very thorough, kind and patient with my mom. Drs Piper and Zhang (?) were both very kind and without Dr Ruderman my mom probably wouldn't have sight at all. They were all great and answered my questions.
