Urban Eye Care is hands down the best eye doctor experience I've ever had. Dr. Milsap is truly exceptional--kind, caring, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explains everything in a way that's easy to understand, takes the time to thoroughly answer all questions, and even follows up to make sure everything is working as it should. The front desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional, and appointments are consistently prompt with little to no waiting. I honestly don't ever want to go anywhere else for eye care.

Fantastic optometrist and optician under one roof. When's the last time that's happened? Amazing doctor, explains everything clearly. The optician, Chuck, tirelessly helped me find colors and styles I didn't even know I liked and then squeezed out the best deal possible for me. I think they are very affordable, appropriate for the neighborhood and an excellent selection of high quality hardware with trending styles.

I cannot say enough nice things about this location! Dr. Millsap is excellent, and the eye exam is very thorough. Chuck in the optical department was very helpful in choosing new frames. SO many eyeglasses places are pushy and pretentious, but this is NOT the case here. Their selection is well-curated, and the customer experience is amazing. 5/5!

Wow! What a great experience I had here. It had been a few years since I had an exam and Dr. Millsap was so welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable in getting me the right prescription. Shout out to Cynthia for helping me pick out frames too! She is so talented and knows what to look for when matching you with a frame. It only took them about an hour and I walked out the door with a new pair of glasses. Awesome practice overall, I can't recommend enough!

Great experience ! I had a terrible time finding any frames I liked in the suburbs. As soon as I walked in to Urban Eyecare there were so many great designer frames to choose from! Farrah was amazing and found some great frames that looked great on me! I couldn't be happier with my glasses! Highly recommend Urban Eyecare!

Highly recommend! Office was very warm and welcoming, great selection, and the process quick and painless. But huge shoutout though to Chuck! I'm used to kind of flying on my own trying to find glasses , but he was so incredible helpful in finding stylish glasses. Best experience so far.

I've been going here for a few years and have a mixed bag of experiences ranging from good to 'I'm never going back there again.' The exam part of their business is great. The doctors are great. But they stop being helpful and actually become actively unhelpful the minute you express interest in wanting to buy your glasses elsewhere. This is something I have experienced repeatedly over the years and it's time I follow through and just find a new eye doctor.

I've been going here for my annual eye exams for 10+ years and each time the experience is consistently great! I pop in for a quick exam, order new contacts and I'm done. The optometrists have all been very informative when it comes to my eye health and what to expect as my eyes age. Office staff is friendly and helpful. I'll keep coming back and highly recommend to others!
