I lost my glasses and don't see well without. I chose Village Eye Care since they advertised same day glasses. Setting an appointment was easy online and upon arrival I was greeted by Andres who was warm and professional. Michelle overheard our conversation and immediately started pulling glasses she thought I might like. She was spot on and found a pair I loved and also helped locate the brand and style of my last pair. She was very helpful and patient and provided pricing quickly as we weighed our options. I ended up buying both and now I have a back up pair. Dr Czerwinski provided the eye exam and my new prescription seems to be a big upgrade in my vision. She was both patient and thorough. I am very pleased with the experience and the entire team was very professional and helpful from start to finish thoroughly explaining each step and seamlessly working me through the process of getting an eye exam choosing glasses and although my progressive transition lenses had to be ordered they were willing and able to give me a free pair of temporary lenses to get me through the week. They seem to all work really well together each one doing their part to get me what I wanted and what I needed. They are a real team and I would definitely recommend Edgewater Village Eye Care team to anyone.

I had a horrible experience with this clinic. They first told me the dilation would be free of cost if I visited within 3 months When I visited them a week after my eye exam, they asked me to pay around 140$. The highly experienced front desk guy does not understand how to use insurance. I am not going to set my foot again and i canceled the appointments for my son and wife, I would stay away from this clinic and never visit there again. They have limited selection of frames and are very costly.
