Vision Boutique sets the standard of top notch vision care. Dr. Neil uses the highest tech examination equipment. General Manager Enrique makes the eyeglass purchase seem less and enjoyable. The best staff and beautiful waiting area.

This place is unequivocally the best in the downtown area. It's a 1.5 mile walk from me, and still so worth it. I've tried the other two big names, My Eye Dr and Big City Optical, and this place is just leagues better on every front. The doctors are nicer and more professional, the place itself is more welcoming, and the people who help with the glasses choosing are literally the nicest people in the world. Another big thing is that, aside from how great everyone is here, the glass you get is top tier. They do have a green hue (at least mine do) but they are sharp as a tack all the way around the glass. I got one pair from My Eye Dr that gave me headaches and one from Big City Optical where the sharpest point is just below my eyes and they have awful chromatic aberration. If you want good glasses, you have to come here. Seriously, this place is the best. Cannot rave about it enough.

By far the best experience one could hope for from an eye doctor. The team and staff are kind, funny, warm, and very good at their jobs. I feel very well taken care of and trust their expertise. Have been helped with an insurance issue more than once and received really personalized care: I would recommend this team to anyone, 10/10 would lose glasses again

I greatly appreciate that Dr. Ivanovic takes the time to explain her findings and answer my questions. Lynette and Gisselle in the front office are also knowledgeable and kind. I've enjoyed coming to this practice for the past few years.

Great experience at Vision Boutique! I brought in my own frames, and Dr. Kat made sure my prescription was perfect. AJ helped with pricing and placed the order smoothly. Great service! The office was clean, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend for glasses and eye care!

My daughter and I are patients here and overall, this is a solid vision practice. The practitioner we both see is Dr. Li. who is personable and professional and displays genuine concern for her patients. The support staff is great too and the location terrific for us as we live in Old Town. My only complaint - if you can call it that - is that each time we go to the patient portal to register for something like an annual checkup etc...it is as if we were new patients and have to go through a lengthy online intake process which includes Medical, Vision, Insurance, ID info etc. This information should be already in the system so my suggestion is to see if the vendor who maintains this website can archive patient information in the patient portal so it does not have to be updated each time and then only if needed. Otherwise, five stars!

The whole staff is elite, very kind and generous. I saw Dr. Helen as a new patient and she was so wonderful. I wear glasses and contacts, and she gave me the option of being checked for either or both. Even though I needed a slight update for my contacts prescription, I wasn't ready to order more and she respected that. I hadn't even planned to get new glasses, but when Dr. Helen showed me the difference between my current lenses and what they should be, it was CRAZY. I couldn't understand how I could see anything in my old pair. Kai was the best in choosing new frames that I'm absolutely obsessed with and she broke down the costs for me well. A few weeks later, when I was having trouble adjusting to my glasses, the receptionist was so kind in helping me schedule another appointment to have my eyes and lenses checked. Dr. Li reexamined me and listened to all my questions. She made a small adjustment to my prescription and Kai and the team took care of it for no extra cost. I'm very pleased with their service and care, and I love my new glasses.

We had such a great experience with our kindergartener's eye exam here- we will definitely be back when it's time for the rest of the family. Dr. Li was very patient and kind and the staff were so helpful!
