Vision Boutique, now part of MyEyeDr.

I have seen Dr. Kat for two years and she is so wonderful! She is inviting and creates a space of trust. Giselle did a great job with my pre-exam and AJ was SO helpful when I was picking out my glasses and ordering my contacts. He is kind and knows how to pick glasses that will look good on the specific person he is working with. Thank you to the whole Vision Boutique Team!

The optometrists and overall eye care here is really excellent and detailed, at least, before private equity bought out the practice. The bad experience starts when you get to the opticians where it feels like a high-pressure sales environment. I also never liked how the opticians just write the math of your order on scrap paper and don't really show you what's going on very well. I'll be leaving this practice as the last straw is that they've been purchased by private equity corporation and sent a tone deaf email that was obviously a boilerplate template written by the private equity company, MyEyeDr. It looks like it's time to find an independent practice. Update: their corporate relations department (from a Virginia area code, not the local office) tried to call me. My cellular provider correctly identified them as possible spam. I'm sure they'd love it if I took down my review.

I had a great experience at vision Boutique! They were prompt and on time. Dr. Kat was kind and knowledgeable. Gisselle and Lynette were also kind and made my visit smooth and enjoyable .

Had a great experience at Vision Boutique on Sheffield! I went for an annual eye exam and received great care from Dr.Amanda! The ladies at the front desk, Gisselle and Lynette, were very welcoming and provided a great overall experience as well.

I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it. Dr. Lay and Gisselle were great helping me through my annual exam process and contact fitting. Lynette helped me try on and pick out new glasses and was very helpful working with me to find the right pair. Communication was great both before and after my appointment. This office was also very knowledgeable about how to apply my insurance properly, which is something I've struggled with at other places. Overall great experience!

I've been going to Vision Boutique on Sheffield several years. They are fantastic! The office is always clean and up to date. Every time I've gone in, staff is kind, professional, and quick. I always feel at ease with my eye care as they are thorough and honest about needs. Recently, my toddler sliced my eye with his nail. The pain was unbearable. Vision boutique took me in last minute and immediately help subside the pain and assisted me throughout the recovery. They are not only helpful in emergency's, Dr Kay and her team, AJ and Jessel are great with yearly appointments and ensuring my vision health stays at an optimal state. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to this location for years -- longer than any of the current doctors or sales staff, quite frankly -- and have always appreciated the excellent care. That's why my last visit was disappointing. On the phone, when I was quoted the discounted exam price (my new insurance doesn't include vision), I never agreed to purchase contacts or was informed that was a stipulation to get the discount. After my exam, I was told I wouldn't receive the discount on my exam and contact lens fitting unless I bought contacts that day. The contacts were about $1,000, and I didn't need them yet, so I wanted to hold off. I told them I would just pay the full price for the exam and assured them I would purchase in the future, which I fully intend to do. I even received a follow-up call about it to ask me if I was ready to purchase yet - I will call when I am close to running out! I understand it's part of the sales job and that the team is trying to make a living, but I'd advise being more tactful. Please trust your long-time customers -- the pressure to buy made an otherwise great visit uncomfortable and makes me consider going somewhere that won't bombard you with sales after your exam.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Kat, Enrique and the rest of the team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable, which made the entire visit feel seamless. Dr. Kat was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. They answered all my questions with patience and provided thoughtful recommendations tailored to my needs. The eye exam itself was efficient yet detailed, and I never felt rushed. Overall, I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for exceptional eye care. I'll definitely be returning for my future exams and eyewear needs!
