Dr. Lay was great--professional and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire exam. The staff, including Ty, David, and Mia, were welcoming and accommodating, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. From check-in to trying out contacts, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It's clear that this team truly cares about their patients. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this practice!

Stopped here today to have a pair of sunglasses fixed. And the person I met with was super helpful. Glasses got fixed in under 10 minutes, it was awesome.

Dr. Lay is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. She is so personable and kind! The staff was also super helpful with helping me choose a pair of glasses. They were transparent about pricing and honest when o tried on frames. I also just came back to get my eyes dilated and the staff remembered me and asked me questions about something we had talked about at my previous appointment.

The two days I week most people who work hybrid can work from home, Mondays and Fridays, they don't offer appointments. Moving on to a more convenient place.

Doctor Diana Li is very knowledgeable , profesional and every time she writes me a prescription after examination , my vision is super clear and comfortable. Also her recommendations regarding maintaining healthy eyes are invaluable. I am very satisfied with the high quality of service at this location. I recomend it with 5 stars. I will like also to mention that , initially, I thought that the frames are expensive but when the vision Boutique staff made some recommendations, base on Dr. Li prescription details , I could see that they have high quality frames at various prices , and in many cases , the insurance cover a good percentage if not all of the price. David helped me with my chose of frame and lenses , he explained in detail the cost before and after my insurance coverage. He also was very knowledgeable about the quality of the frame , where was made , the advantages that comes with a high quality frame. He also helped me to understand the details regarding progresive and transition lenses , so it was easy to make the right choice base of my prescription and my preferences. Eye exams always make me nervous, but Dr. Lay, Mia, and Enrique made the experience so much better than I anticipated! Dr. Lay answered all of my questions and explained things in a way that I could understand. They were all kind, professional, and personable. I highly recommend visiting this office!
