It was an in and out deal since they already had my information. The staff was so friendly it almost felt like I was a regular there. Doctor was able to answer all my question with no difficulty. Had fun picking out my frames. I am overall happy with the service and care provided.

I was a loyal customer until recently. Their customer service had slowly been declining over the years, but I still went out of convenience. This time, I showed up for my appointment and found that their office relocated. There was no notification beforehand. I even received the confirmation email the day before for this location. When I called, I wasn't even asked if I would like to reschedule, and no explanation or apology as to why customers were not notified. Needless to say, they lost a long-time customer.

Would not recommend getting any eye exam here. They "forgot" to do my contact exam when I came in for my yearly appointment and only did a glasses exam. This made it so that my insurance did not cover one of my visits. On top of that I specifically mentioned I wear Air Optix Contacts and they gave me Ultra instead to "try" and see how I like them ( which were incredibly uncomfortable ). Now they will not let me order contacts with any other brand besides Ultra . I have never had so many issues with getting my eyes checked EVER. Oh and I guess my vision got better from last year and I no longer have an astigmatism in one eye but that is not correct either because I can't drive at night due to my HORRIBLE astigmatism. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is the absolute WORST place to do business with. Overall, the people who work here are nice, but the company is robbing its customers blind. You have to pay for EVERYTHING: the exam, the frame, the lenses, they literally charge you to make your lenses scratch-resistant, I know plenty of companies that include such protection for FREE. When they told me the warranty DOES NOT cover "loss"; with or without insurance, I was over it. You're better off borrowing your uncle's old bifocals then coming to this place, the only good thing they have going is decent, yet usually uninformed staff.

First time at vision works. Large selection of frames, all reasonably priced. They offer the standard high index lenses with various coatings, much like other glasses stores. The price points are similar. Unfortunately, if you have a large corrective index your lenses will be expensive. The staff of the store went above and beyond in helping me find a pair, and in keeping the store open ten minutes late when my transaction ran late. Great experience.

MIA & TIA ARE SIMPLY THE BEST. This place is extremely professional. They care about you and they don't. Just give your glasses and let you go. They make sure your glasses are okay. If you have anything that they need to fix or repair they fix it immediately. They don't care. If you have a problem again they will tell you to come. The optometrist is the best as well. Your prescription will be perfect.
