I had a great experience at Visionworks. A young lady assisted me during my visit, and she was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She made everything quick and easy, and her friendly attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be returning in the future

We have been clients at this location for several years, but our last two experiences have been very disappointing. I want to emphasize that our concerns are not with the medical professionals, but with the front desk and administrative staff. During one visit, we arrived on time and provided our insurance information as requested. The staff had trouble accessing our benefits, and while we waited, we were eventually told that because they could not retrieve the benefits in time, we would need to reschedule. We were never offered the option to pay out of pocket--an option we would have taken--and then submit the claim ourselves. Instead, we were simply sent home. In a separate instance, I scheduled and confirmed an appointment via text. The day before the appointment, I received a call at 3:56 PM, which I could not answer due to being at work. By 4:10 PM, I received an email stating that the appointment had been canceled. When I called, I was told that my slot had been taken and that I would need to reschedule. I was also told that multiple voicemails had been left on previous days, but after restarting my phone several times, I can confirm that no such voicemails were received. Again, the appointment had already been confirmed by text. It is unfortunate to feel the need to change providers after years of receiving good service.

Dr. kwoon and the staff ( Lala )were all great in helping me with my prescription and picking out my a new pair of glasses. I also took advantage of a discount on new pair of sunglasses. It was a great experience overall. Thank you to Visionworks (Pulaski)

The staff is rude and aggressive. They have no tact with customers, and when you ask to speak to the manager because you disagree with their attitude and the way they treat you, they simply insult you. If you can read this comment beforehand, don't waste your money or your time--there are better options!!

Customer service was insane, 100%. The employee at the front desk named Mara was extremely rude when I asked about utilizing my insurance. She was incredibly snappy in telling me that my insurance copay would be higher than anticipated, which is fine, but when I asked for more information, she didn't have any more to give me. I left and phoned to store asking for the manager, she pretended to be the manager on the phone. So I walked back in and asked for the manager-- someone named "Tara'? came out. When I explained how I didn't really like the treatment from the front desk agent, she said "Okay, and what do you want me to do?" .. I came to visionworks to get my eyes checked and receive glasses, not to be disrespected. Please go to another location. Absolutely unacceptable.

I believe your front desk team could benefit from training on professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, I encountered a negative attitude upon arrival, which detracted from my experience. A warm welcome, ideally with a smile, sets a positive tone for any visit. Additionally, while trying on frames, I was informed that I could try on as many as I wanted. However, I noticed there wasn't a system in place for cleaning the frames after use. Implementing a procedure for this would enhance hygiene and ensure a more pleasant experience for all customers. I only rate 2 stars because the doctor was kind of nice.

Staff in the back including the doctor were nice and professional. Their front desk employees have attitude when talking to customers and very dismissive. It was not appreciated especially it being my first time there.
