Everyone was so nice and friendly! The assistant that did my pre-check was very nice and explained the process very well.
Dr. Allen was very professional and thorough in checking and explaining all the details of my eye exams, and showing the different scenarios that may need to be addressed! She is excellent at what she does. I really appreciated the attention to detail! Will definitely come back! Thank you!

Purchased contacts. They aren't sitting on my eye correctly vision is blurry called and said I should get another exam and purchase other contacts, no accommodation. Additionally, at the time of my eye exam I let the doctor know it was setting correctly and he said give it time, I did it was slightly better but still blurry

I had a very disappointing experience with Visionworks.
I recently visited for an eye exam because I was having ongoing vision complaints. Unfortunately, my symptoms did not improve, and my issues were exactly the same as my previous visit.
I called ahead and explained that my problem was still continuing. I was told over the phone that since it had not been long since my last appointment, they would be able to check my eyes again at no additional cost.
However, when I arrived in person, I was told I would have to pay $75 just for them to take another look. I was not expecting to pay again for the same unresolved issue, so the trip ended up being a complete waste of time.

Service is terrible. Long waits. Rude staff. Incompetent really. They charged me for both eyes of contact lenses and I only received one. So I call and whoever was working said the person who placed the order only ordered the one eye. How can a system allow someone to be charged for 2 sets of lenses and only order 1? Either way. Huge mistake. They say the person will call back. No one called. So I call again. Lady who picks up is rude immediately. Not the first time I've interacted with her either. I asked to speak to someone else and she asked if there was problem. Unprofessional. This time she simply states the order was placed yesterday and I'll get it in about 14 days. No apology for their error. No type of effort to improve their huge mistake. Terrible service! She also claimed someone did call and left a message. I have no voicemail messages. I will not be returning here. Don't go here!

The young lady at the front desk name Gia is very rude with the worst attitude I have ever experienced going into any establishment. The worst customer service, very unwelcoming, had to take my business somewhere else. I would not recommend this location to anyone

This location is awful. The staff is rude and incompetent of doing their job. To sit here and blame the"system" for their mistake is crazy. I have to sit here and pay because they messed up is outrageous. How hard is it for them to just eat that $35 they missed. On top of that they messed up the order for my son's contacts by changing it from 1yr to 6 months and have the audacity to blame it on us.
