Some new tranee there messed my prescription up. Then at pick up time they give me someone else 's prescription. I gave'em back. Imagine coming to get your glasses and the clerk gives you someone else's glasses that cost more and give the other person the wrong glasses and prescription. You Goofy Tranee. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. The place not busy at all

First time going to this vision center I usually go to two other ones. When I ask the girl about sending my daughter glasses n to be fixed/or replaced through her insurance she told me I would have to pay for insurance on the glasses! This is so wrong n so many ways n she should be stopped from telling people this! I only make reviews when something is wrong! N she wrong! I just got my son glasses fixed through his insurance at the Crestwood Walmart. And have before. Just called crestwood Walmart and they told me exactly what I knew cause my daughter has gotten 4 replacement pair of glasses through her insurance. My daughter glasses are being reordered no charge no extra insurance will be back n a few weeks. Gotta train these people better n if u don't know something don't tell false information!!

The vision center manager and staff were wonderful! I went in for an eye exam that was quick and easy. I picked out the glasses I wanted and got a call to pick them up in about 3 days! My old glasses were pretty much held onto by tape, so the manager fixed them up for me until I could get my new ones in. They also gave me a free case for those. Very respectful, kind, and most importantly professional. I couldn't be happier with my experience there!

Zero stars. I've been back and forth up there several times for 3 weeks and still no glasses. For some strange reason they can't get my glasses right, because of this, now they say I need to see the doctor again. Just fix my glasses right or give me my money back. I will be a blind bat waiting around on them for one pair of glasses. Too many chances, going somewhere else.
