Went today for an exam exams and glasses. A casicuan gentlemen with helped me with paperwork. He was EXTREMELY nice! He even helped me choose a pair of glasses that were fully covered by my health insurance. The actual optometrist that did the exams was just alright. She wasn't exactly the nicest, but she wasn't rude. The guy at the front more than made up for it. I will update this review after I pick up just glasses next week

Called to schedule an appointment and get the benefit through my insurance. I specified that I wanted contacts and was told it would be covered. I get there and the doctor wanted to refuse service because my insurance didn't cover the eye exam. Then I was taken to the back for the pre screening and it was very dirty. I wanted to wash my hands to remove my contacts. No running water! Nothing was cleaned or sanitized after each patient. I finally was looked at by the doctor and after she did the exam she told me my contacts weren't covered. They specifically wait until they do exams to then tell you what is covered or not. I left and it was a waste of time! I then called another location (Walmart in Niles). They were extremely helpful and made sure to help me further. I do not recommend this location. SUCH A SCAM!

This place is the bomb dot com! Ann Marie, you're amazing, have nothing but respect for you. I came in today to see if I could get my glasses fixed. Recently got assaulted and my frames legs were damaged during the attack. I told Ann what happened and she was kind enough to check them out. Even more sweet enough to literally try her absolute best in fixing them to nearly back how it was. She took her time, was kind to ask what happened, and overall a gentle, kind woman. A true angel in disguise. She did not have to spend over ten minutes on my glasses but she did. No one was around, it was not busy, so she took it upon herself to try. Thank you, Ann! You're the best for trying :)

"Brittney", the woman who answered the phone when I called literally blew in the phone when I just wanted to check up on my son's appointment. Very rude. Switch her position to something else. Obviously this isn't what she wants to do. Hopefully her attitude changes by the time my son has to be there tomorrow.
Update: No greeting when I entered. I stood at the counter for 5 mins before anybody serviced me. My son didn't get seen until 1hour after his appointment bc they wanted to make sure his benefits were "active." Wasted my whole day. Brittney, the one who answers the phone rudely is much nicer in person. The optometrist, herself, was very nice. But I definitely won't be back to this one.

They don't ever answer. Contacts were due to arrive Saturday and went and not arrived. Called at least a dozen times today on Monday and put on hold and never answered. Right now on hold on second phones 27:49 min and close at 7. As of tomorrow don't have daily contact to were!!! Never again go through them!!!!!

The doctor at the place is so rude! He makes you feel as if you're stupid and does not care about your concerns. Also has an attitude/ thinks he's over smart and isn't friendly or polite at all. Never going back to this doctor for my eye exams.

The receptionists at this location have poor communication skills, and that's what's stopping me from returning after having already given them a second chance. Prepare yourself for some incompentcy and lack of accountability. Just not worth the hassle.
