Warby Parker Andersonville

I visited the Andersonville location yesterday looking for new glasses. I was helped by Kayla and she was amazing! This is the third time I've gone into the store and she has helped me each time. She has always gone above and beyond helping me choose the right pair of eyewear and I was so pleased with the last pair she helped me purchase that I specifically came in looking for her this last visit. Wearing glasses with a complicated prescription herself, I felt confident that she understood my prescription and they will be made made correctly the first time. She also has an artistic sensibility that I appreciate and she always helps pick out the best looking glasses for my face. She deserves a 10/10 and would recommend anyone shopping for glasses to go straight to her!

Dr. Rabia was extremely thorough and patient during my exam, and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. The staff who helped with my insurance and choosing glasses were also very kind and helpful. This was a great experience overall. Thank you!

I've always had a good experience in the past. My eye exam with Dr. Rabia was great, and I'd definitely come back for an exam. The sales associate was very nice and helped me pick out frames and I tried on a pair and decided on them, only to find that they were discontinued. For the company in general, I've found that the glasses here have declined in quality, with too much fluctuation in style availability and the size differences between styles make it difficult to find the right pair, and they've gone up significantly in price. Their digital try on service is not an adequate replacement for the home try on service.

We love the Andersonville location! Friendly, professional & patient. Recently came in for one pair & ended up purchasing two pairs. Kaiya was great & provided options to maximize our insurance coverage

My experience with Robin at the Andersonville location was top notch. She explained my options expertly and I felt well informed prior to placing my order for prescription frames. I will come back to this location thanks to her wonderful and warm service!

I always have a great experience here. I went last night & Liz helped me get replacement lenses for frames I absolutely love & aren't made anymore (bring back the seafoam murrows, cowards!) & I'm happy I get to have those back. I also have had great service from Kaiya, who's helped me look at frames the last few times I've popped in. I'm glad I'm able to pop in & see what's new easily when I'm in the area!
