I had a fantastic visit at the Warby Parker location on Fullerton, the staff especially Kimberly have assisted me on a pair of clear low nose bridge glasses which I know will impact my livelihood in profound ways. Kimberly and Kai went out of their way striving for a method to accommodate me on a pair of recent discontinued frames that fit my liking. I left satisfied and grateful that they were able to assist me on my concerns.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the Warby Parker Fulton Market location and can't say enough good things about the incredible team--Dr. Oh, Raine, Chase, Cindy, and Kai. Every interaction was marked by warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Oh can do ophthalmology with his eyes closed! He got me right. Raine was so patient, despite my situation being slightly complicated, Chase and Cindy applied their knowledge and expertise to pick the frames that best fit my facial structure, and gave me their honest opinion of why other choices may not suit me And Kai... Oh, Kai, you are just a doll! Your research skills are unmatched and your customer service skills are unmatched. I hope that the owner is aware of how invaluable you all truly are. I owe you all lunch of your choice! When a human error occurred during the processing of my order, the team handled it with total grace and integrity. They took immediate accountability and went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and thoughtfully. Amazing service! I often have difficulty choosing among options but Kimberly made choosing a style that suited me so easy - she was wonderful! I also had an eye exam conducted by Dr Boyd who was great. An overall fantastic experience for an activity that is usually a big headache for me!

Kimberly did an exceptional job providing high-quality insight on frames that matched my style and facial structure--so much so that I ended up purchasing two frames because of her help. I also completed my eye exam with Dr. O, who provided great insight and knowledge throughout the evaluation of my prescription. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend.

I've been using contacts exclusively for a few years and today's visit to Fulton Market Warby Parker felt like a gratifying step back to glasses. The staff support was a perfect balance of support and feedback. Designs were really gorgeous, with surprisingly many great options to choose from. Delighted with my choices. Stopped by the Warby Parker store today and had an awesome experience. Rain helped me out, super helpful, answered all my questions, adjusted my frames perfectly, and was genuinely kind the whole time. Even with the cold weather outside, the store felt warm because of the people working there. I'll definitely be back. Amazing experience all around.

Easy to book online, exam was thorough and doctor was knowledgeable. Friendly service, helped with the insurance claim. They are priced right and they are getting delivered right to the house! So easy! Not to mention they have great options for frames.
