INCREDIBLE styling advice from Kimberly! I had gone to the store to exchange my glasses since the ones I had picked out ultimately did not look good on me and Kimberly instantly found what I needed without even being prompted. Her artistic nature took in my features and knew I needed something low contrast. The glasses she picked out glasses I normally would have never gravitated to but they ended up looking PERFECT on my face. SUPER grateful for her help and highly recommend others lean on her guidance to look their best

First time Warby Parker customer here! I had such a lovely experience with all of the staff at this location. The specific salesperson I worked with, Cassie, was amazing -- both in helping me find the perfect everyday lenses, and explaining all of the different features they offered, like blue light lenses. I ended up getting a pair of prescription sunglasses as well! At the end, they took extra time to sort out sending a claim to my insurance for me, so I didn't have to. 10/10 will be coming back for my next pair!
