Visiting Warby Parker Southport Ave., Chicago was my 1st time. Friends shared they had a good experience and found good value frames. I decided to give it a try. Between cataract surgeries I needed temporary prescription eyeglasses. The employee did not engage, make eye contact or offer support. She just pointed to the samples. I also was not asked if I have insurance, which I have for eye care and frames. The glasses I chose were an excellent value at $95.00 for the temporary solution I needed. When I try out the temporary glasses I will decide whether I will go back following the 2nd cataract surgery and invest in a better quality frame.

Kayla was exceptional and very knowledgeable. She helped me with my issues with my frames and her and Grace helped me pick a new frame. There was another young lady that helped me but I didn't get her name. I would definitely recommend all three of these ladies.

What an awesome experience from start to finish. I was greeted by the store lead, Will, whose energy could brighten a blackout. He walked me through every step of the process and set the tone for the whole visit. Then came my eye exam with Dr. Luma, who was an absolute delight and instantly felt like a new best friend. Not only did she give me a thorough checkup, she also gifted me an anatomy-and-physiology lesson that was so engaging it could've been its own TED Talk. She asked thoughtful questions, adjusted her recommendations based on my needs, and never once made me feel rushed. Truly a gem of an optometrist. After that, Will handed me off to Kayla, my newly appointed glasses guru stylist. She brought out a curated lineup of options, walked me through what actually makes a pair fit well, and helped me land on a style I loved. She also explained their stellar return/exchange policy and made it clear they want customers to walk out 100% happy. All that personalized attention plus a full exam plus prescription glasses cost less than what I paid for my last pair of glasses (purchased at a traditional retail shop). This team is working hard, making people feel great, and genuinely raising the bar. Couldn't rave more about this experience!

I adore Warby - the selection is incredible and you feel good buying here. In addition, Dr. Walker at the Southport location is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and took the time to walk me through all my questions. The staff is also so helpful and took the time to try on a dozen glasses with me and give me advice. Highly highly recommend!!

Visited Southport store today, Nicole was amazing and helped me pick out a new pair of frames! She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process! A great experience and very friendly staff!

This was probably the best experience I've had at an optometrist office since I started wearing glasses at age 10! The staff were so kind and inviting, they had the best attitude, especially for 11am in the morning! My optometrist was very kind, explained everything she was doing, and even answered questions about my eyes I've been wondering about for ages, I thought I may need an opthomologist at some point, but she showed me some basics on what it was! While going here based off insurance was my initial reasoning, I found so many more reasons hidden within, and I would choose this place again in a heartbeat! Thank you for taking such good care of me! I cant wait to come back for my next appointment

This was a wonderful and easy process of selecting frames at the Southport Warby Parker. Two opticians provided excellent information in helping me understand my prescription, the progressive lenses, and then selecting the best frames for the style I wanted. The personal and professional service gave me confidence that I was making the best decisions at every step.

Immediately greeted and told the current offers by Meghna. She engaged me genuinely and probed with open ended questions to find the best solution for me and my needs. I was looking for something very specific and asked if I could browse for a few minutes. I was starting to lose hope but Meghna jumped right in and throughout our discovery, she was able to suggest a customized solution that met all of my criteria and felt like it had the personality i was looking for. I can confidently say if she hadn't helped me I most likely wouldn't have made a purchase today. I'm so excited to wear the Brimmer with the yellow tint. Thanks Meghna!
