The reception was poor, the music was too loud. I speak Arabic and I communicated well with the reception staff; there were no problems at all. They even took the name of the app I was using and downloaded it onto their phone, and they seemed very happy. However, the doctor who was supposed to examine me refused to see me and demanded a translator. I called my friend, who translated over the phone, but the doctor still refused. This means that if you are Arab, you won't receive treatment, and my fate will be to live blind.

The manager is very rude I was sitting with my gf in the chairs waiting for our son to be done only to be told that we had to move from the comfortable couches to some cheap chairs as we weren't the patient. The whole place was empty and we were the only one in there and was very rude about it. I will never be back to this place as they take so damn long and they treat us like crap. Wish I could give it a negative review 1 star is still positive.

Dr. Huong was fantastic! I have been wearing glasses since I was 6 yr old and it was one of the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Th doctor took their time, I never felt rushed. The practice itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The receptionist (Mary?) was so nice and patient with me as we tried to figure out my insurance. The exam fee was Very reasonable especially considering the care I received. Wonderful neighborhood, family owned, practice!

Date, 10/21/2025 which was I don't like to be late for treatment because some treatments will return if you miss a little time :. Yesterday I started work waiting for my children to drop me off from school on this date : I happened to have my wife and son with the same appointment I arrived 0:30 minutes early at the eye clinic in Western exceptional eye care in front of the receptionist but we were greeted by his horn why so soon He rolled his eyes and looked at me when I was lying down I replied sorry do you have a seat I replied don't be happy why I told my children to go and sit in the car at first but then I thought I didn't like it.

Cute family owned business. The guy at the desk is very friendly and helpful, he helped me pick out a really nice frame that fit my face, my favorite pair of frames I've ever gotten.

I'm sorry to give such a low rating, as everyone who works here seems kind. But I can't support how this place operates. I have been getting eye exams for roughly 24 years now. If during the exam a doctor wants to dilate your eyes, you are ALWAYS told before your appointment. That's standard practice everywhere. Dilation is usually reserved for medical eye exams, but can be done for a number of reasons. During my visit here, the doctor requested to dilate my eyes. Since I was not warned beforehand, I had planned something that required driving immediately after my appointment. So had to decline. After a few days of trying out the trial contacts, I realized that I was having trouble focusing on things and even sometimes getting a headache. When I returned to ask about a readjustment, or even to just trial my old prescription to compare, I was told that I would have to pay for another exam since I had declined the eye dilation. Again, I was not told before the examination that dilation would be requested. So to recap, my options were; A) Pay for another exam or B) Order contacts that hurt my eyes.

I had a great experience here as a first time patient. The manager helped me find my insurance, was very thorough with explanation of my coverage, and picked out a frame that matches my face structure. The doctor was very precise and took her time to make sure everything was correct. I appreciate businesses and people who enjoy helping others. If you're not difficult, no one will be difficult with you either. Thank you!

Everyone at this office is very kind and helpful, and the decor is beautiful! They have so many different options for glasses and the doctor takes her time and really cares about her patients. The wait time is also not bad, even when they have a lot of people to assist. I called in to order my contacts and they arrived so quickly! :)
