Staff in there is very unprofessional. They gave me the wrong information now I have to use my insurance twice after already doing an exam. I believe the people in there need a little bit more training on what they are supposed to do. I'm not sure if they are looking for a career path in optometry, however, I believe that they need a little bit more experience and knowledge of what the customer really needs.

It was super easy to get an appointment. I appreciated that they had so much availability on a Saturday. Everyone working was so friendly and helpful. They helped me with opinions on new frames, which I desperately needed! They took the time to actually explain my insurance coverage and prescriptions to me. Best of all, the glasses I ended up with were very economically priced. I was in and out in under an hour with a full eye exam and lots of time trying on new pairs of glasses.

My daughter ordered glasses and they screwed up her prescription. She had to waste time going back ( 1 1/2 drive ) Do not recommend

I have been a customer here for going on 3 years now. This has got to be the best Optometrist office I have ever been to and I have been wearing glasses/contacts for 30 years! They are helpful and genuinely concerned with 100% customer satisfaction. Renae the store manager is an asset to this location, her customer service is on point!

An employee at the DeKalb store was so kind and helpful. I had two identical frames in different colors and wanted the lenses from one frame moved to the other frame and she did it for free! Amazing!

We recently visited America's Best to have my daughter eye exam done, from the moment we arrived we were greeted very cordially and helped very quickly. "Laura" guided us through the entire process and was very patient at all the time, My little girl turned out to have astigmatism and she explained everything to us in detail, answered all our questions, made recommendations and was the must friendly person with us. We have nothing left but to thank her and to the entire staff for their great job!! We recommend America's Best!!

Not happy at all. I went in with my son who's 15 for a contact lens exam. And I made it known to everyone there he's never worn contacts before and only worn glasses. In addition, we wouldn't be buying the contacts through them for they said our insurance doesn't cover them. I pulled up our insurance and yes they do cover contacts. And yes it is insurance and not a discount plan. But yet they had no problem billing our vision insurance. So they ordered a trial pair to see if my son can wear contacts at no charge. Not once were told about a contact lens class. Never, not once. So we go to try out the trial contacts three weeks later and they refused us the trial lens cause we never took a class. So we drove an hour there to be refused service without a class we were never informed we had to take. I'll take our business else where for future visits.
