Staff is super friendly and work with you in all aspects of your insurance. Wait time is not awful. Doctor(s) are great. My ONLY "gripe" is that when you need frames you are totally left on your own. There is no one to bounce opinions off of or to get more information. Once the frames are picked out, very helpful but I had to go ask for help more than once. I should have brought a friend. Again that is the only "complaint" I have. They need a full time staffer to help with frame selection.

Scheduled an eye exam. Provided the insurance info. In the morning received text it wont work can do self pay. As I am on insurance faxing the confirmation they cancel the application. Its not evenn9am. The secretary at office said oh well and not understanding. Disappointed. The insurance was valid and provided the correct info.

I had a great experience at this office. The staff was very helpful and polite, and the doctor was extremely kind and professional. They took the time to ensure my prescription was perfect, and I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this office to others!

This is my second time visiting this eye dr and both times have fine. However this time was my first time getting eyeglasses for myself and my 6 year old. While everyone was super nice, I will say the process of choosing eyeglasses left much to be desired. Once we were let in to choose the frames the receptionist told us we could choose any frame in the area and it would be for either children or adults. (That was incorrect) she told us to bring our frames out when we were done and left us alone. Once I bring the frames out someone else comes to tell me one of the frames actually doesn't work for kids and we had to quickly choose another. I'm used to having someone help choose the frames best suited to our facial structure and prescription size. My prescription is pretty high so my lenses tend to be really thick and I wasn't offered any enhancements to the lens to make them thinner so I'm worried about how the glasses will come out. This is my son's first pair of glasses so I'm hoping the frames that he wound up with will suit his facial structure. There weren't any normal measurements taken so we will see I guess. I would go back for exams and contacts but not sure about eyeglasses. I'm waiting to see how ours come out before I make that decision.

The staff is amazing! I've never been anywhere else, and I couldn't ask for more professional advice. They take care of YOU! Four generations of my family have been taken care of with kindness. There is no other optometric place better!

Always great service! Treat me and my daughter with care every visit! And was able to get my daughter a nice pair of glasses for a very affordable price.

It has been a few years since I have been there, and my previous Dr. retired. I am very happy with the new Dr. I have been assigned to. I feel she really has the patients best interests in mind.

They are awesome for the way they treat you and extremely professional in the way they explain any and all issues that may occur with your eye care needs I would never trust anyone with my eyes like I trust them!! Thanks again for the care and compassion truly appreciate all they've done for me and my family.
