Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The tech explained everything about the testing I was undergoing. She was very personable. As always, Dr. Bauer is professional and never makes me feel like he's rushing through my exam. Optical staff is also helpful and patient!

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert nearly 20 years. He and his team are excellent, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and stylish. Lisa is extremely patient in helping to find the right frames and lense treatments. Their other eye screening person (Christine?) was very cool and professional during that process. I would definitely recommend Midwest Eye for anyone needing an O.D. and they have a very nice selection of frames.

Terrible experience as a new patient. After requesting further information on insurance and billing while there to understand the requirements, the Dr came in, introduced himself and told me find another practice. Walked out without explaining anything or at least having the courtesy of a conversation. I was stunned and it was unprofessional. All I asked was to understand how I was going to be billed.

Dr Todd and staff are great. Staff are well trained and Lisa always gets me right with the frames. Grat experience overall

Midwest Eye Center, is a wonderful, friendly place. I had an exam with Dr Robert. His staff and him did a thorough exam and where very friendly. I am forever grateful to Dr Todd Robert's and his staff for there concern and care in finding me a retina surgeon immediately. Everything went great, I even had the laser surgery the same day!.
