1 year and 1/2 ago, I visited the first time there: I was not too thrill of returning, miraculously yesterday: there are great staffs members, with positive attitudes, not running frantically to serve each customers, YET with joy/happy faces, plus a great attitude. Leslie, Anahi, Karina, Kassandra, and Alessa are you key players. They should get a raise, SERIOUSLY. Thank you in advance big way. Boontiva

If I could give them a 0 I would! 2nd time ordered lenses with them and after 2 weeks we get notified on email order is complete and then get a call we need to remake and need another 2 weeks! Don't mark the system accurately and take long time to complete the tasks or just tell the truth of longer time needed to complete the orders. Also when you call them be prepared to respond the instant they stop talking or they think you are not talking and disconnect immediately. Just be careful doing any business at this location and avoid this place in every way possible.

On multiple occasions they have been unable to pull up my vision benefits. Worse, they usually don't care, practically ushering my wife out of the store this last time. There's a reason they always have lots of appointments available. Two days because I have had decent experiences, but the bad outweighs the good. I won't be back.

Great selection, friendly knowledge stall who know how to navigate vision insurance coverage. I've purchased sunglasses there for the past 3 years and will return next year as well.

I do believe this company is a scam, i order a low price sunglass online has been a month and no send it to me i have been calling customer support and has not been helping me a Indian guy always answer and sed that i have to wait

The receptionist was so rude, not even a Hello, she was pretending that she didn't understand my English, I never had a problem with this location , I had been coming to this location for years, but today was disgusting customer service.

I've been coming to this America's best location for years now. The staff and doctors have always been kind and helpful. Most recently I went in to get an eye exam, buy new glasses, and order more contacts. Alexus walked me through the whole process, the woman who did my exam was very sweet, and the doctor answered all my questions. When it came time to pick out frames, Alexus gave me plenty of options, was patient helping me pick, and made me feel taken care of. When I returned a week or so later for my glasses and contacts I found myself welcomed with the same hospitality. Thank you Alexus and the rest of the staff!

America's Best in Elgin, IL is a business to avoid. Our family has been using other locations of AB for years, with positive results. Then, my husband had to take his 89 year old mom for an eye exam - we drove over 700 miles to get there to be able to take her to get glasses (we're out of state). The company changed her appointment from 12:30 to 12:20 with one day notice. My husband had difficultly getting his mom in the vehicle (she has dementia) and they arrived at 12:32, 12 minutes late. The receptionist said her appointment was canceled because they only allow a 10 minute grace period. THIS POLICY IS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE AND WAS NOT STATED IN A SINGLE TEXT REMINDER. The gal at the desk said it was company policy (couldn't say how she knew that). In fact she commented 'well then, call customer service.' There is no partnership or customer service at this location. And, if this 10 minute window IS a company policy, then it should be stated beforehand, at least there would be a buyer beware consideration. To say that we're disgusted would be an understatement. Avoid this business!
