Dr Mark L Skowron PC

So I live in Northlake. About 10mns from Skowron Eye Care. I googled eye doctors near me. This office was one of the first that popped up. Of course, I read reviews before going anywhere. There was nothing but good reviews, especially about Dr. Michelle. So, of course I was like, I really hope I get her as my Dr. My eyes have been irritated for about 3 weeks now. This past Saturday, I walked in just to see if they would take a look at my eye, but they were booked for the day. Very understandable, especially on a weekend. I was about to just walk back out the door, but before I did, the nice receptionist asked if I wanted to make an appointment? I said yes, and how soon can I get it for ? She was nice enough to give me an appointment for that Monday after, and it was double booked! So, there was also someone at that time already. That's already a plus for me. It let's me know that they really care. So today, Monday 2/28, I get a text in the early morning saying that Dr. Michelle will be waiting for me at 4 pm for my appointment. Trust me, I was very excited! Lol! She was the one that I was hoping for all along. First of all, Dr. Michelle rocks! This was an amazing experience! From when I walked in to when I walked out. Very clean place, Dr. Michelle is very professional, friendly, and really knows what she is talking about. She explains everything clearly. Making sure that you understand. She made me feel so comfortable talking to her. I actually felt like I've known her for years! It's pretty awesome! Lol! Not only that, I was inquiring about scheduling my yearly eye exam.....and she did it right then and there. So we killed 2 birds with 1 stone, just like she said! Lol! It saved me some time! I didn't have to go back another day. This will for sure be my to go place for my future eye appointments, and of course, I will ask for Dr. Michelle again! Thank you, Dr. Michelle, for everything!
