I have been coming here for almost two years now.
From the minute I walked up to the front desk to check in I felt comfortable receptionists were very friendly and helpful greeting me with a smile. The wait wasn't long at all.

I recently went to see the brand new optometry section of Yavitz Eye Center in search of designer glasses and I cannot say enough good things about this place. The decor of the office makes you feel like you are at home. It is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. Dr. Fitzgerald was very caring and thorough with my exam. I love her and will be her patient for life. I had expressed a concern I had regarding my eyes and Dr. Yavitz stopped over to answer the questions that I had. I was impressed that he took time out of his schedule to talk with me. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me choose glasses. They had the biggest selection of designer glasses that I have ever seen at an optometrist so I really needed help choosing. I ended up purchasing Tiffany sunglasses and Burberry prescription glasses which I had been searching for everywhere. I definitely recommend going here!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nobody asked me why I was there for an appointment but continued to diagnose me. I have a brain disorder and this doctor is telling me that's not a thing. They dilate my eyes and 10 minutes later he tells me to read something which I obviously can't and then states I need Bifocals because of my age. I explain to him I can't read it because I am dilated and he disagrees and tells me again to get bifocals and readers and then I will be fine. Best thing is I didn't even go there for that issue. It was to the point where I needed to look for cameras as if I was on a hidden comedy show.

This is Randy Fry I have had bad experiences in the past with eye doctors. Since I've met Dr. Yavitz he has restored my faith in eye doctors. My husband received great service back in June 2019. But their billing department is a huge fail. Never received a bill until Sep 2020 and threatening to send him to collections. When questioned about it they said sorry someone turned off the statements. Which means they were not getting any patient statements out for over a year. Just glad our bill was small couldn't imagine getting a large bill in the middle of a pandemic.....

They made my 84 year old mother wait in the car for 2 hours in single digit temperatures while my disabled uncle had a procedure. When I called to complain the receptionist laughed like it wasn't unreasonable and not coming from them but from corporate whoever they are. She said somewhere in Arizona. Unreasonable and abusive to senior citizens is what I see. No common sense. Why would you want to go there?
