First time visit after needing a new eye doctor and everything went seamlessly. Easy paper work to go through before the exam and friendly team members throughout our experience. The eye exam was thorough and straight forward. My partner and I were able to get both of our exams done back to back and work with an associate to pick out our frames together as well. Very hands on experience while picking out frames and discussing our insurance coverage. Overall a wonderful experience and cannot wait to pick up my new glasses.

The staff, especially Jasmine, made my day! First helping me adjust my slept on janky glasses and gave me guidance in how to utilize my insurance to get the frames I wanted for the best price. Such a great selection and genuinely lovely staff all around. Well done!

Izzy at My Eye Doctor in Elmhurst absolutely rocks! She always provides excellent service but this time she went above and beyond to insure I had prescription sunglasses before a business trip. Highly recommend working with her and the My Eye Doctor team including Dr. Patel. Thanks again Izzy!

I have been to many eye care centers and I have to say this one tops the list. Dr Patel has a great vibe. He is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Jasmine is super passionate about finding the frame that fits you. In addition to the couple I picked out she found several others (including the one I went with). I have rarely had this kind of personalized service. PS .. I was able to use my FSA benefits to pay for the second set of sunglasses. All in all great experience.

Love MyEyeDr! The staff is very kind and reasonable, and does a great job explaining everything to their patients. I just went in to pick up my new frames, Jasmine and another lady (apologies, I cannot remember her name) did a wonderful job ensuring that they were a good fit for me. I have seen both Dr. Greenfield and Dr. Patel, they are both very friendly and thorough with my eye exams, and make sure to always meet my needs. I highly recommend them!

I normally have great experience at this location but this time I was disappointed. I ordered new sun glasses and explained them before I left on a trip. After 2 weeks I called and was informed the frame was on backorder. They said they would ship the store frame to the lab and forward them to me. I called after another 2 weeks and got the same reply, the lab was still waiting for the frames and someone would call me back. Still waiting to hear back from MyEyeDoctor. While my eye prescription have always been great, this experience has left me very disappointed, especially considering the cost of the sunglasses. There has been no followup calls from MyEyeDoctor.

Everyone at MyEyeDr is incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient! You can trust you will get great care and everything you need for your eye health. They are extremely helpful in picking out new glasses, too!

New in area. My current eyeglasses needed some attention. I stopped in and the myeyedr team replaced a lost screw and tightened up my glasses so they fit better. When I tried tonpay, they said no charge. The were happy to help. Nice people and super helpful.
