Extremely rude and disrespectful receptionist.
Not sure how she can work there , from the very first time I called they were all nasty. They also moved an appointment without my consent. I told them I couldn't make the time they were moving it to and still moved it. I would not recommend this place. Be prepared for a nasty time if you call.

Dr bakos is very kind and she's a patient advocate yes she requires referrals and proper documentation but she will always directly in the way to do it I've been with her over 10 years and she does know her business. She's very professional and personable.

Very VERY unprofessional.. seems like this office will only care if you have good insurance but if not they will not care and they will show it. My grandmother has the medical card and both the Dr and her assistants seemed to be bothered by her insurance. Received very little help from the Dr.. wasted my time because all she did was refer us to another specialist.

This receptionist was so rude and very unprofessional. I definitely cancelled any appointments w her. After trying to schedule an appointment she rudly burst out saying if I need to cancel they can charge me $150 really? No thanks not going back to office

Hi I am not a patient but your office has the rudest receptionist first I called and she answered n pretended to not hear me and hung up I called 2 more times and she would just hang up the phone without speaking than she finally answered and claims she was speaking n no one was on the other side..than I explained to her I have some sort of eye infection n I'm diabetic than again she ask me again why do I need to see doc she has no compassion for patients very rude sad you have someone like that working in your office ...I will take this further I am very upset and as I check the past reviews other patients have had similar complaints about her rudeness
