Doctor Rob Chopra is one of the best optometrists I have ever seen. You can tell he really is interested in his field and making sure his patients have 20/20 vision. I only really leave reviews if someone goes above and beyond or is doing a really poor job. Dr. Chopra went above and beyond. I went to an opthlamologist in December who told me my vision was fine. I was hesitant to believe him and wanted a second opinion. Sure enough, Dr. Chopra found out my vision wasn't close to 20/20. He also found out I had an eye infection that I didn't even know I had. 10/10 would recommend. $75 for a contact exam is a pretty good price too.

I ordered a single lens pair of glasses and was told they would return in one week. After 2 weeks I called the 2nd time to ask if they were there because nobody had called me and they said they were there. Every time I have called I've had to go to customer service who called optical to get someone to pick up the phone. And each time I've gone through customer service to call the optical department the customer servant said, I don't know why they're not answering their phone. The price of the glasses was ridiculous to boot. I will continue to take my optical business to cosco from now on.

Their glasses became fuggy after 2 years. I have an older glasses but the lenses are still good.

Worst customer service. Supposed to open at 10:00. I showed up at 10:00 and no one is around. Then an associate says the optical person will be t least a half hour late. I leave and come back at 12:30 and there are 5 people waiting and no associate in site. Will never come her le again
