I am very upset. I have always be a loyal customer. It has been 3 weeks and still waiting on my contacts. I contacted the Collinsville store about this 3 times. They just kept saying oh they are on back order they will arrive next week. Well here it is 3 weeks later and the store has closed. It says to contact the Fairview Heights store as I did but it is also closed. I just need to find out how to get my money back and my insurance so I can go somewhere else.

Nicest eye doctor I've seen, and I've been going to the eye doctor since I was a baby. Jessica was amazing too! She helped me pick out new frames and figured everything out with my insurance. I've been wearing glasses for 40 years and my prescription is very challenging. Everyone I met at this place did what they could to make sure everything was just right. These are the best glasses I have ever had. I got a matching set of safety glasses, which was difficult to do, but they managed to make it work. Thank you very much and you'll probably see me again.

My experience was great, the doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. I have some anxiety problems so it's hard for me to go to new places but the staff made me feel comfortable and appreciated. A huge shout out to AJ who not only made my time there even better but made sure I got everything I needed for my glasses, and my vision is not what you would call great or even close, at a fantastic price. Thank you for my soon to be improved and new eyes. Customer for life!

all about eyes in collinsville IL is easily the best eye doctor i've been to. the doctor is amazing. super good attitude. really open and tells you EXACTLY what he's doing and why. like not just "read this and out" but lets know. which even though it's 'just and eye doctor' it was nice having someone explain in detail about how my eyes are doing and what to maybe expect in the near future.
The rest of the staff was equally great. helped me pick out several pairs of frames and was legitimately great at picking out ones i both liked and looks good on me.
I cannot recommend the Collinsville Crossing 'All About Eyes' location enough. Everyone there are just super friendly and very professional!
