Excellent experience from start to finish! No long wait times, and the entire staff was welcoming, courteous, and truly engaging. The doctor had a great sense of humor that made the visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The doctor and associate was great. The bad experience was the price of the frames I was too purchase was for $199 ticket on the glasses, when the associate entered in computer the price was $346. I informed that price is much different then right here on the glasses, she got help from another associate who stated due to tariffs the price was changed, I asked could you honor the price on glasses not sure why you didn't change the ticket she said our manager is out once in will have her change price and give you a call back. Call back comes 2 days later and manager said she will not honor the ticket price on the glasses, I'm very disappointed to have wasted my time not to be honored the price thats on the ticket, it's ok I will not visit again just a sign to find another company who will appreciate my business.

How can I give 0 stars? It took 2 months to pick up my contacts from Swansea in 2023. My contacts came in, everytime I called no one answered. When I showed up to pick them up - the doors were locked and lights were off (during business hours) I then switched locations after that debacle. 2024 now, It took 2 months for my contacts to come into Shiloh. No one answered the phone when I called multiple, multiple times checking in on them. I finally drove out of my way and showed up to figure out an answer and was told they still weren't in. (6 weeks after my appointment) they were finally in after 2 months and I only found out because I called in to ask for an update. I was then met with a surprise bill when I requested to pay in full at my appointment. This week I showed up at my appointment in Shiloh after confirming weeks prior. When I arrived I was told there was no doctor there and that someone "should have called me" the Fairview office squeezed me in with a new doctor, who was great. But no one told anyone at Fairview what was going on. Absolute mess and waste of my day for the 3rd year in a row.

Started coming here almost 2 years ago and they've had 3 different doctors come and go; another supposedly coming soon. Not too many employees know much, as they claim to be new employees. The office is always closed due to being understaffed. I have no idea who my actual eye doctor is. While everyone is nice, the place has no organization. I've been waiting to pick up my contacts for almost 2 weeks now because the office has been randomly closed. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

First time here. Everyone was very friendly. From the front desk, to the doctor, and the women who helped me pick out my glasses. I'll definitely be back next year for my annual exam. They even had a sale on glasses BOGO. I look forward to picking up my glasses once they arrive.

Amazing service. They were able to look up my insurance and easily schedule an exam. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Maggie for helping me shop for frames. Her energy is great and she knows a lot. Answered all my questions. She even took the time to go through different price outcomes based off different items I could add to my glasses. I felt very comfortable throughout my exam, again staff is great and the doc was friendly. Highly recommend this location!

This is a mixed review. I'll start with the staff/examination part of it: The doctor and assistants/techs were great. Appointment went well and the prescription is wonderful. My insurance covered the visit and examination, I am very pleased with this part of my experience here. My eyeglasses are a completely different story. I have light sensitivity issues, so I ordered and paid for (out of pocket) glasses that will turn darker outside in the sunlight. They do not give me any UV protection whatsoever, no darkening at all. I even left them on the picnic table in direct sunlight to see if they would darken. Nothing. For this I am very disappointed and cannot give a positive review. The interaction with staff consists of a single appointment then picking the glasses up once they arrive. I have to wear these glasses every day, and they don't meet my expectations of what I paid for. I simply cannot give a positive review given the circumstances. Even if they offer to correct the situation, I will still have to make time to take the glasses in, wait for them to be shipped out and corrected, then go back and get them after a few weeks without seeing properly. I'm forced now to spend more money on sunglass clip ons which is what I paid to avoid. I am very disappointed and don't feel I can return as a customer here.
