Reed Eye Care Center

A good friend of mine referred me to Reed Eye Care Center and I was not disappointed! Every staff member that I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. I decided I was going to try contacts for the first time and the man that taught me how to use them was great! He was very patient and gave me a lot of helpful tips for contacts in general. The doctor I saw was very personable and down to earth and I had a nice time chatting with her while I was there! What really stood out was her expertise and the state of the art equipment. For the first time ever, I didn't feel like my new prescription was a "best guess", it was really interesting and impressive. I would definitely give them an A, thumbs up, 5 stars, all of it!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Reed Eye Care Center. From the receptionist to the intake staff, and the young lady who performed my eye imaging, everyone was professional, kind, and welcoming. Dr. Reed is absolutely amazing. She took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly explain everything about my comprehensive exam and my dry eye syndrome. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood my condition and treatment options. Dr. Reed truly sets the standard for patient care. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate -- other eye care offices could definitely learn from the way she treats her patients. Highly recommend!

Amazing, there's a wide range of glasses and sunglasses but besides that everyone is super nice, helpful, and ready to answer questions. I hate eye exams but I'd definitely go back here next time. Everyone was nice and knew what they were doing. Especially the one guy with the piercings, he was very nice. 10/10 at doing their jobs and being nice, would recommend.

Dr. Falconer is always very thorough and does an excellent job explaining his review to me not just in the files. The staff are always very accommodating and responsive. This is the best experience I have had with an OD and even though this location is 30 minutes from my home I will keep coming here.

My first visit at Reed Eye Care Center and I was very pleased. The office is inside the Lens Crafters retail showroom in Fairview Heights. The waiting area is rather small, only 4 chairs, but you can roam around Lens Crafters and check out all the frames. The technicians were very friendly and professional. They have that new Nikon retinal imager ( no need for the old yellow eye drops pupil dilatation ) so you can actually see to drive home. Dr Rosanne Mezzano is very nice and knowledgable. After your eye exam, the staff at Lens Crafters are right there to set you up with some new lenses and frames. I'm glad I found Reed Eye Care - its the right place to go!

Scheduling the appointment was easy online, and I received a link to complete my check-in prior to the appointment. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. I was called back for my appointment exactly at my scheduled time. The testing technology they use is very impressive and comprehensive. Everything is immaculately clean, and I observed consistent good hand hygiene and immediate sanitizing of equipment after use. Working in hospitals for 25 years, that's a marker I want to see. They care about and value their patients as individuals. I didn't feel like I was just the 11:30 appointment.

I am partially blind. I had an emergency concerning my contacts. Reed Eye Care Center gave me same day appointment, Dr Karen Reed was so amazing, kind, and understood my situation. I left with a completely "new vision' and felt so rejuvenated. Thank you to all the staff members, yesterday was a great day!!

I had a great experience obtaining my eye exam. The staff was extremely helpful and very polite as well.
