Unlike a lot of other doctors' offices, your appointment is kept promptly, staff/technicians are skilled, compassionate & understanding while being polite & considerate & respectful. Dr. Chaturvedi is not only skilled and knowledgeable but very personable. He saved my eyesight on an emergency basis a few years ago & continues to monitor my situation with options & sound advice. I don't think I could recommend this entire organization any higher.

When I found out I had a retinal detachment in my left eye, I was terrified. I saw 3 different retinal specialists who recommended different procedures for my condition. At my last consultation, the doctor who didn't specialize in retinal detachments referred me to Dr. Packo. I met with him who recommended the Scleral Buckle surgery. He was so kind, professional, patient with all of my questions and with such an impressive resume, I decided to go with him for my surgery. I had my surgery 4 days ago and I had my post op appointment today. My eye is still a little sore but he said it's already healing quite well. Dr. Packo and his staff have exceeded my expectations 150%! His personality and expertise led to my decision to chose him as my surgeon and it's the best decision I've ever made.
