Hi, I'm Darryl Mayo and as you can see I've given Illinois Retina Associates (Dr.Sara Fard) five stars, if there were more I ve would have given it to her. I had to have emergency Retina Surgery In my left eye, I had a major tear, And I was very nervous and emotional about it. Dr.Fard and her staff took very good care of me. She let me know exactly what needed to be done. She performed the surgery at Rush medical downtown Chicago. The surgery went well, And I can see better than I ever have seen in my life. I came to her wearing glasses all my life now I don't need them, Only for reading. I am very pleased and highly recommend her. She's my hero
