I had cataract surgery with Dr. Majmudar in September, and I truly could not be happier with the results. Before the procedure, I was having a lot of trouble seeing at night, and it was starting to interfere with my daily life. Now my vision is incredibly clear again. The procedure was painless, smooth, and very successful. I honestly feel like a young man again. My vision feels restored to what it was years ago. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Majmudar for his skill, professionalism, and care, as well as his wonderful staff. Everything from start to finish was organized, clean, and handled with great attention to detail. A special thank you to Alba for making the scheduling process so easy and seamless. Thank you to Dr. Majmudar and the entire team for giving me my clear vision back. I highly recommend them to anyone considering cataract surgery.

I have been apart of the Epi-On study for the past year with the office in Hoffman Estates. Any person I have interacted with at that office have been nothing but kind and professional. Brings a lot of peace of mind amidst what could be an intimidating process, everyone put me at ease. Huge shout out to Jim, coordinator at the office. From start to finish he's been an absolute all star. Very grateful for him. Couldn't be happier with my visits. Thank you.

I recently had DMEK surgery here and the team there us great. They really make you feel at ease. Doctor Neel Vaidya is also a great surgeon and wonderful bedside manners. He made me feel comfortable about the procedure I was having. I highly recommend him and the team!

I had refractive lens exchange done on both eyes by dr Majmudar and couldn't be happier. I was able to see my computer screen without glasses the same afternoon after my second eye was done. The entire staff took good care of me throughout the entire process. So happy I had a recommendation for this group.

Truly Pathetic. The ladies in office doing testing were very nice, but Dr. V so sorry to bother you with an appointment. Raced into room, spent no more that a minute with me. Flashed a bright light in my eyes then tried racing back out. I had to ask for eye glass prescription which was whole point of visit. I was in dark room with fully dilated eyes, contacts out. I asked for contact solution and he told me to go look in the cabinets, handed me my file (like i am supposed to know what to do with it) and left. So there I am, can't see, in the dark, rummaging through cabinets looking for solutions. Utterly pointless visit with "Doc". This place used to be great, but just a cattle call now. Curious, in Med schools do they spend more time teaching medicine or accounting these days, because the care is just awful. Its all about $$. Even an employee agreed with me that the care is not what it used to be...that says a lot. RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE....I was a patient for many years, but after that experience, consider me a former patient. If you are serious about patient concerns, address all the one star ratings by taking more action and actually address the concerns. You'll save a ton of time typing all these apologies.

The appointments were running behind but everyone was friendly, professional and efficient when it was my turn. The visit was a positive one. No complaints.(except the bright lights in your eyes during exam).

It's all about the waiting time. I never waited less than an hour after I arrived there. Usually more like 1 1/2. Then they have to start giving you drops, do the pre-apt. questions and exam, etc. so by the time you see the MD it's approximately 2 hours after you arrive. The doctors and staff are fine. They just have the most poorly run office I've ever seen in my life.

1. Check in clerk had in her hand documentation that patient has dementia and is with power of attorney. Clerk still insisted that patient sign for treatment, WHICH IS NOT VALID. 2. We were told that the appointments were running on-time, and we would be seen shortly. 2 1/2 hours later we were taken to a room, but it was almost 3 hours before we were seen. When this was questioned, I was told that as long as we were started within 2 hours, it was considered "on time." Even so, we were far from "on time." The doctor is marvelous, but the check in clerks and whoever is doing the scheduling need to be replaced or retrained.
