Assistant/tech doing the preliminary eye tests seemed robotic, just going through the steps necessary, and didn't seem happy in her job. Dr Sullivan was helpful and thorough with options. Big operation but every person the patient comes in contact with matters in overall impressions.

I recently visited Dr. Sheilus after my sister recommended this practice, and I'm so glad I did. I was honestly a bit hesitant to go in, but Dr. Sheilus immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire appointment. She took her time explaining everything that was going on with my eyes in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or ignored. This was by far one of the best vision care experiences I've had. I'll definitely be returning, and I'm confident enough in the quality of care that I'll be having my whole family switch to this practice. Truly exceptional!

Everything about the clinic is great, including the equipment! Their fees are very reasonable. Amazingly, their team--the optometrist and technician--showed the expertise to create a highly customized glass solution tailored to my IT profession and working style. This finally resolved my long-standing issue with ill-fitting glasses. I highly appreciate their professionalism!

Staff is overall friendly and check in and check out process has been seamless and I've never had to wait too long past my appointment time. Dr Shelus always takes her time to listen to you during your appointment and ensures you get the best product and result for your needs.

Dr Tommy Esposito helped restore my vision. He is my favorite doctor and is very knowledgeable. Always have a great experience at his office.

With a eye lid drooping, red and sore, I called and was scheduled within two hours. A new young lady, Dr. DeLuca saw me, did an examination, and explained the reasons for the problem. She then called in a prescription and gave me clear instructions on how to treat the eye. Both my wife and I were very impressed with her and are happy we have been patients of this clinic for many years.

The doctors at this location are great but the admin staff and the lab that makes the glasses are really bad. My glasses came back in the wrong shape, then they sent it back, it came back in the wrong size. My spouse's glasses also created blurred vision and had to be sent back. We are still waiting after paying large sums of money for the glasses. It seems no one is accountable here!

Sullivan Ostoich is wonderful! Dr. Sullivan is knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Wait time minimal. Testing staff and front desk staff pleasant and efficient.
