5/5 - Perfect Experience at My Eye Doctor's Appointment! I had an absolutely perfect experience at my eye doctor's appointment! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I barely had to wait before being seen. The doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They answered all my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. The exam itself was efficient but never rushed, and I really appreciated the care and attention to detail.

Amazing staff and super helpful! I'm visiting from out of town for a work trip and forgot my contacts AND lenses. These amazing humans did me a solid and helped me out, and I'm not even a Visionworks customer. I can only imagine how above and beyond they would go for one of their own! Thank you again and I'll be a forever fan.

I've been a loyal Visionworks customer and always had great experiences in the past. The eye doctor is excellent, which made this recent experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, the opticians--particularly Tom (or Thomas)--completely ruined it for me. I brought in two frames to order: one for regular glasses and one for prescription sunglasses. Tom entered both into the system and assured me we were getting "all the bells and whistles," mentioning he's been doing this for 40 years. I asked for a breakdown of costs, and that's when things started to feel off--he never explained the charges clearly. When the sunglasses came in, they looked awful. They had an anti-reflective coating on the front that made them look cloudy and cheap--not at all what I asked for. I had specifically requested mirror-coated lenses, and this was not it. Then I noticed a surprise $80 warranty charge on my receipt--something that was never disclosed at the time of payment. That's extremely deceptive. When I called back to express my concerns, Tom brushed me off and repeatedly tried to end the call by saying, "as soon as I can hang up." I had more to say, and he clearly didn't want to listen. I asked for a manager, but he refused to give me a name or any idea of when someone would call me back. This entire situation has been the worst customer service experience I've had with any eyewear provider. I've bought prescription sunglasses here before with no problems, so this was a shock. Unless something changes drastically with how they treat their customers, I won't be returning for glasses purchases. I did talk to a manager and she corrected the issue with a refund on the unwanted warranties, and she took care of the mirror coating. I just don't want to deal with this again. If anything we will come back for the doctor she is great! (Included is the picture of the ugly anti reflective coating on the front and with a mirror coating on the front)

Adela went above and beyond to provide a great customer experience, she handled my request excellently and answered all my questions. I appreciate the help that she provided. She is very knowledgeable.

The customer service was exceptional and I appreciate Adela taking the time to explain the different features and benefits of the frames and lenses. I was not rushed to make a selection and I would highly recommend this location for your next eye needs!

All of the employees were so incredibly helpful, listened well, and helped me find the best fit for me! I would recommend this location to anyone if you are looking for a eye dr and a great place to purchase glasses.

Great first eyewear experience! I went in for my first vision exam (in years) due to concerns of my heavy computer screen job. The doctor recommended a low prescription to help my eyes and I love them. However, the frames ended up being bothersome and I went in to exchange them for a new frame and it was super easy and quick/fast.
