A hour wait time for patients is unacceptable especially if patients are seniors with other health issues. Please reschedule appointments if you are unable to see patients within a reasonable time frame.

Didn't wait too long to get called into a room. Assistant took "vitals" promptly, but waited way too long for doctor (about an hour after appointment time), who probably spent a total of 6 minutes in the room with me. Was there over 90 minutes! And no explanation or apology for tardiness.

The first time I went to Dr. Hunter for an eye exam for possible glaucoma. She was very thorough and caught that I had very early stage of Macular Degeneration. The other doctor at Northwestern didn't catch that. I was impressed that she caught that. She was patient and explained in great detail of the exam and what eye drops to prescribe for the above conditions. I've had 3 visits with Dr. Hunter. I plan to keep her as ophthalmologist for the rest of my life or as long as she is at Loyola. Very patient, kind and compassionate ophthalmologist!!

Very nice and friendly staff. They took the time to talk to me and not at me. I did not feel rushed at all. The wait time from seeing the tech to seeing the doctor was 45 minutes but the tech did tell me the doctor was running late and would be 45 minutes. Was very happy with the comprehensive exam.

The only bad thing was the long wait to see the doctor...it was almost a full hour. Not sure if they over-booked appointments, but if they did, they at minimum should let the patient know they are running behind. The actual visit with the doctor and her technicians was great.
