I had an excellent experience at America's Best after having a less than stellar experience at another optometrist's office. Dr. Spencer was kind, patient, and informative. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what I was experiencing, and to provide the best solution moving forward. Several women who work in the store were very helpful and kind as well. They answered all of my questions, made sure I knew exactly how much I could expect to pay, and were overall very pleasant to work with. Diane, who helped me to order my glasses was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend America's Best!

Have had zero issues at this location. Great space great frames and Nate is a great op-tech. Really appreciate the ease of introduction and test process. He makes it clear and straight forward.

The entire staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The Dr explained thee questions I had. Big shout out to Angel for also helping me choose correct glasses, sizing everything for me. He explain d d wht I should get insurance, and how to recycle my old glasses once my new ones came in. I am going back to get sunglasses in a couple of weeks. I recommend these foljs to all my friends Thanks everyone. Happy New Year!!!

Unfortunate experience from start to finish. Waited there for so long when we had glasses selected. Paid for glasses told it'll be two weeks but could be sooner. I called a couple days before my delivery and I was told I'd be given a call back and now it's a been a week since and still no one has called me. Will not be coming back.

My experience here was the best! I took my Spanish speaking mom to get an exam and frames. Im always do all the translating, but Diana helped us and was able to explain everything to my mom! She was the best! It made our experience 10x easier! She made sure to make my mom feel comfortable. I highly recommend Diana, she was very sweet and on it! We will be coming back to this location everytime!!

A Clear Win at America's Best - Homewood, IL Okay, so listen--it's been over 20 years since I've stepped into any America's Best location. Seriously. And let me tell you, they have come a LONG way! This year, I took my time and really shopped around for the best deals on eye exams and contact lenses. I compared multiple places, and when it came down to value AND service, America's Best in Homewood beat out the competition--hands down. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Dr. Riccardi, O.D. was phenomenal--you can tell she genuinely understands what patient care means. Her warm and professional energy set the tone for a great visit. After my exam, I was helped by Joya, who was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and so supportive as I made my final decisions and purchases on contact lenses. Honestly, she made my day! The entire staff was kind, attentive, and made not just me--but other guests around me--feel comfortable and seen. That kind of service matters. Nate, the op-tech did a great time working with my 3 kids (5yo, 9yo and 10 yo) in the pre-test. He was pleasant and talked them through the whole exam. Also, Melanie Chiu, O.D. has a calm and gentle approach working with my kids she displayed patience with their youthfulness and also talked them through the exam. Thanks!
