This is a great store to take care your needs. I been to other eye care and thus one is the best by far. When I first arrived Customer Services was polite and very knowledgeable and worked in a timely manner. Than their wasn't a long wait to see the Dr. I Was impressed. While She was examining me I felt the concern and can tell that my issues was Her priority. I will recommend my family and friends to this facility. Thank you for a Job well done.

I took a half day off work to finally sit down for an updated eye exam and new glasses. Visionworks has long been an option for our insurance, so I gave them a try. The professional, friendly and pleasant experience was better than I would expect, and Aliyah who attended to me made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The team also had me on my way in under 30 minutes! I will definitely return.

The staff who conducted my tests and doctor who gave the exam were friendly however, the girl who sits at the front desks needs work on her social skills. I was 1 minute late and she tried to turn me away. I was going to leave and never come back, but wanted to use the vision benefit before the end of the year, so I turned around I said "you're gonna turn me away for 1 minute" then she says "Oh let me see". I completed the tests and exam and even picked out a frame. After I pick-up my glasses I won't be back.

I went here for glasses and contacts as they were the closet in network location under my VSP eye insurance, and I must boldly say that my experience was AMAZING.
I was greeted by the staff associates immediately upon entry and helped almost within minutes despite the high volume of costumers.
ALIYAH, the helping sale associate was absolutely on point. She was very patient, precise, and professional with her interaction with me.
She even took much time out to help me try on several pairs of frames before I found the one that looked the very best.
By the end of my visit I honestly felt as if I had made a new friend.
This place is awesome!
