The environment is clean, friendly and very professional! Everyone from the receptionist to the young lady who fitted me for my new glasses were very inviting. Cree was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful advise when picking out my frames and entering my insurance information.

I decided to switch eye doctors. After doing a little research I decided on scheduling here! Dr. Lisa was great. She answered the questions I had and was very informative. Major Kudos goes out to the beautiful lady who assisted me while I looked around for new frames. I love the selection they have and she was so very patient with me! I hate I forgot her name but I hope she sees this and remembers. I'll see you in December!

As a result I immediately went to a Retina specialist and had a laser procedure done within the same day. Thank you for protecting my sight. My 87 year old mom had this to say about you. My experience today was excellent professional care from my eye Doctor, Dr. Noziol. She listens and explained all test results and answered any questions that I had regarding the test. When checking out to purchase my new eyewear, Carmille is one of the most consistent upbeat energetic person encounter at at Rosin Eyecare and very knowledgeable about her craft!

The eye doctors are amazing but my rating is for the ladies in the front. My visit was on a Wednesday and the system went down which is fine but I wanted a copy of my prescription. I told the ladies I was coming back for my son the following week so I'd pick it up then. The following Wednesday when I come back my prescription still isn't printed and the receptionist kept trying to say she'll email it to me. I kept saying I'd like a hard copy. I don't understand why it was so hard to print a prescription, they had a week. Usually I wouldn't mind being emailed but something was telling me she just wanted to stop talking to me. I'm still waiting for a copy in the waiting area. update prescription was never entered in the system and after not wanting to email it to me last weekI'm here and now they hand wrote it. Couldn't this have been done last week?????
